My first time coming here. Bad experience! š I had a really rough morning. ā¹ļø My To-go food wasnāt ready when I arrived. I ordered around 10:30 a.m. and was planning to pick it up at 12 p.m., but I got there at 12:05 and still hadnāt received it. They made me wait. So, I finally got the food, and I double-checked to make sure everything was in there. I didnāt get to taste the drink I ordered until I got home. It didnāt taste like salted caramel iced coffee at all. I asked them to add extra espresso shots, but that didnāt help either. It didnāt taste like coffee at all; it tasted like they poured milk and drizzled it with caramel and whipped cream. Iām not happy about it.
Thatās why Iām not a big fan of tipping when I order To-go, because you never know if your food and service will be up to par.
