Popular with the locals. Great vibe. Friendly atmosphere. A bit cramped inside. Smallish parking lot. A great place to meet up with friends.

We went on karaoke night, and the locals were so nice! The drinks were good and reasonably priced. We made some friends that night. So much fun!

Hailey and her fellow bartenders were cool people. Hailey specifically handles karaoke of Thrusday and the sound systems for live music on Friday and Saturday. Karaoke here was my favorite part of visiting family in Topeka. Naturally, the drinks were cheap, and the crowd was great for a dive bar

Great karaoke spot! Bartenders are amazing. The owner was down to earth and it was an all around great experience. I will definitely be coming back, as well as fully recommending this bar to anyone. Drink prices are also reasonable, and their pour is fair. Also recommended for local bands. The only downside is that the entry is a bit misleading. You enter at the back of the building. Otherwise this is my favorite bar.

We did not order food but we were very leery about going to a place called Boobietrap.. my lady almost expected to see her ex’s latest wifey pole dancing aka bending the pole.Band was fantastic and I am very impressed. My lady was happy so in turn I am happy!

Low drink prices but dirty floors broken stuff. Everything else is pretty bad. And as you can see from the owner he petty (look at responding comment), but everybody's entitled to their opinion. So for that I'll say go there if you like the live bands that are playing. But just understand this is a little bit of a downstep even from a dive bar.

Im a semi regular here when I get a night off. The bartenders get to know you and your orders without being asked. The place as a whole is so welcoming to everyone it's really a great place to hang

Great sound system for shows and karaoke, best karaoke setup in town. There’s some great local bands (psychic panda, our lives yesterday to name a few) that always deliver, and some must-see out-of-towners like Crunk Witch that come through every time they’re in the area. Shows are usually just on Friday/Saturday, with karaoke or the sporadic event the rest of the days. Karaoke setup is wonderful & there are multiple monitors displaying lyrics and usually the karaoke person is good at adjusting the mix for people too quiet/too loud. Song selection is larger than just about anywhere else. There are a few pool tables in an upper area.Service can be hit or miss depending on who’s bartender, there’s been a lot of bartenders over the years and 80% of them are absolute fantastic at their jobs though, shoutout to Brandy for always being great. There’s no food except a vending machine.Atmosphere is mostly good, if there’s a problem specifically at the bar with someone being an issue there the owners are able to deal with it swiftly, for the most part. I’ve been significantly less in the past few years than I have in the past and I’ve seen an increase in fights, however they’re usually handled pretty quickly. Cliquey crowds & poor attitudes towards assault victims from management & staff have resulted in at least two dozen regulars no longer coming or only coming sporadically. Most other bars in town likely have these issues too though. The broken down deck has been repaired, you are no longer at risk of drunkenly twisting an ankle in a hole. Door on one bathroom (without a lock) doesn’t even nudge into place in the frame anymore, but the bathrooms are no longer gendered so you can just use the other one. Not a huge amount of places to sit down, even less during shows as both indoor tables are put away and the bands usually take up the corner table with merch displays, several outdoor benches have been taken out after being broken down.It is a hole in the wall dive bar in every way, positive and negative. One of the better places for karaoke in Topeka, and host of many a great show. Know what to expect and you’ll probably have a good time.

Parking: Biggish parking lot and plenty of overflow space, parking has never been an issue.

Kid-friendliness: Under 21 is allowed for shows. Wouldn’t call it “kid friendly” per se but older teenagers could attend a concert without issue.

Wheelchair accessibility: The entranceway has a small ramp and there are no steps except up to the pool table area.

The owner and the staff take the time to know you. They're so nice they may officiate your wedding someday.
