While waiting to be served, a heavy set (using discrimination since I wasn’t given her name) bartender was expressing to another customer how she felt about serving customers .
“I am DONE serving for tonight.. if people are not drunk already then they just need to go home”. To me as a customer that had not yet ordered I felt disrespected and unwanted at this establishment. I’ve come to The Brass rail many times and normally enjoy the music, drinks, and patio games but not last night with the attitude of the bartender. I’ve worked in service before and truly understand having a bad night at work however maintaining a sense of professionalism is nonnegotiable.
