Cute place with friendly employees. The frappe was good. The Danish was a terrible; extremely dry, hard. The center has a cream cheese and that bite was good, but the rest tasted like a dry stale bread. Disappointed. My first time here and if I go back, it definitely won't be for the baked goods.
My first time here was when we were having a power outage and needed coffee! ☕ Well, this is a nice little cafe with many flavors to choose from and a breakfast quiche that was pretty amazing. They are only open till 2 or 3pm, great for early risers and morning people. The atmosphere was nice but it is a small place, so it does not take much to fill it up. Anyway, I will definitely stop in again.
I love The Steam Engine - the baristas are so friendly, make lovely and delicious coffee, and remember everyone! The pastries and food are delightful and the atmosphere is like a home away from home!
