I don’t know how else to describe TWL other than spiritual. The food was so insanely divine that it brought genuine tears to my eyes more than once during my meal. Not only was the environment relaxed and classy, the service by Emilie was outstanding and once again the food was out of this world. Cannot day enough good things about this truly out of body experience.

Food was good, but some complained the dishes were cold. The meal did take 3 hours (which is the longest meal I've ever had. Too long!!). We found the wait staff to not provide the level of service expected for a fine dining establishment (it was subpar and they didn't know their menu as good as one would expect). Their bar (which is in a separate room) is fantastic with some of the best (if not the best) cocktails in the city. My recommendation is to skip the dinner and grab cocktails at the bar instead.

I've heard so many great things about White Linen, but the food was a real disappointment. The supposedly medium rare fillets which we ordered were consistently over cooked to the point of being well done. A terrible waste of beautiful steaks and the reason I'll think twice before paying a premium price again for overcooked, dry fillets. It hurts me to say this because the chef and waitstaff are so friendly and helpful. I was there last Monday night and all of our steaks were overcooked. We just didn't want to complain (never send it back).

Chef was nominated for a Michelin Star. Food is very good but not great. Great place for Hell's Kitchen type of food. Sometimes menu has exotic meats and dishes. Definitely a trendy upscale restaurant and one of the top two in all of Topeka. For ambience there is no place better in Topeka. You will find the best of liquors and wines. Expect $100 for dinner and a couple drinks per person plus tip. The bar and restaurant are a thing of beauty. The building is on the National Historic Registry Built in 1888. If you can afford it, make it a regular dining spot and stop in for drinks and an app at least once a week if not more.

We had a lovely meal at the White Linen. I enjoyed their eclectic menu offerings. It was one of the better fine dining experiences I've had in Kansas. I would definitely try their Chef's table in future for something a little different!
Loved every minute of our visit to the white linen! The food was delicious, service was incredible and the atmosphere is unmatched. Adam when above and beyond to accommodate our needs for a special evening! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an upscale night out.

This is an absolutely great establishment. I can’t say enough nice things about it. My Fiancée and I have been here many times, but more importantly, we got engaged here. Adam (owner) was way more than accommodating for us and went out of his way to help me plan everything. Talk about above and beyond—WAY beyond. That itself is a great story haha, but Adam had my back throughout all of my nerves! I will forever stand by Adam and his businesses. The food selection and creativity is incredible. I’m always excited to try everything because no matter what it has been, it’s always been delicious! I even use some of the ideas at home in my everyday cooking. Does not disappoint. Exceptional service, phenomenal food, amazing atmosphere. Thank you for being in Topeka. Keep doing you, Chef Adam!!

I was passing through Topeka on a work trip. I googled good places to eat, and the white linen was at the top of the list. My first dining experience started with the best appetizer i have ever had, Poke, it was absolutely amazing, that just melted in your mouth. The entrée cooked to absolute perfection(Sea bass) full of flavor and tender. Chef Adam Is an absolute master at using the freshest ingredients around. The staff was amazing and the smaller quiet atmosphere is a complete delight. I was truly impressed with every dish I had.! A few days later on my work trip, I passed through Topeka again, and Of course I went back to the white linen. My second dinner at the White linen, I had a bluefin tuna for appetizer, again absolutely delicious. The entrée risotto with scallops, was something so amazing, I can’t even explain it! If by chance, I am close enough. I will definitely stop by to see the chef his staff and enjoy his amazing food! If you ever want to have the taste of food that melts in your mouth, this is the place for you!
