Got the coconut curry with tofu just to have old tofu thrown into it. It was very off putting.
Thai iced coffee I have had many times and this time it was poorly made.
Outside of that their flavors are good. Not a bad restaurant.

The staff here is just so incredibly friendly! Food is great and served in generous portions. You can select your spice level, and they are very flexible about subtracting things you don't want (I personally am not a big fan of cilantro or scallions, and they accommodate me with no fuss whatsoever).

We had a great dinner at Tuptim Thai in Topeka! We started with the Tuptim Rolls – fresh rice wrappers filled with crab, garlic cream cheese, cucumber, carrot, cilantro, bean sprouts, and lettuce. They were incredibly fresh, light, and tasty – a perfect way to kick off the meal.
For my entrée, I ordered the Massaman Curry with chicken. It was rich, flavorful, and made with fresh ingredients. They offer four spice levels – I went with “Hot” (level 3), which was perfectly balanced with just the right kick. Next time I’ll be adventurous and try the “Thai Hot” level 4!
We also had the Basil Fried Rice with chicken, which was delicious as well. Both entrées came in generous portions that were very fair for the price.
The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, with nice décor and a sit-down dining style that makes it feel relaxed but still special.
Overall, Uptime Thai is definitely a spot I’ll be returning to again and again to explore more of their menu!

Food came quick but it took forever to order, the food was below mediocre but the drink was delicious even at $10 I got a second to go. It’s only 1 of 2 Thai resultants in the area to my knowledge so no need to be better. Do not think I’ll go back.

My family is very picky about Thai food after years in Hong Kong and even some longer trips to Thailand. This place is fantastic and authentic, yet willing to tone down the spice for those of us who can't get too authentic in that way. It's worth every penny to get that taste of home.
