Walmart on Rodchester Road in Topeka, KS. has gone down in as in customer service. I can't tell yo how many people have mentioned about the shelves are not fully stocked at all and there is only 3 people checking out and the lines are long in those lines. Sure you can go do the self checkout, but there too you wait with 6-8 people in front of you waiting to check out because the other 3 actual lines are long. I asked one of the employees why the shelves are not stocked the person said because they don't have the man power to stalk the shelves that they used to have. Like I said not good customer service. Try to come in and get some meat and there is hardly anything in the Bins. I go across the street to Dillions and they have plenty of stocked shelves and meat in there bins and they're not open 24 / 7. I wonder how they get it done and Walmart can't. This is horrible. I hope they can get it figured out. I would like to know when and whom checks this online review because nothing is getting done about the horrible service. You would think you would take more pride in.

I can honestly say, this particular location is the nicest Wal-Mart in Topeka. The shelves are stocked nicely. It's actually clean here and you see employees working and helping others. I was surprised when I came. I don't even live near this one but I would drive further for better quality. Out of the several Wal-Mart's in town, come here if you can.

The woman at the cashier named Briiana is a terrible checkout person. We stood there for 20 or more minutes because she could not correctly scan corn we were buying.

Today at Walmart north on Rochester road the store was out of almost everything on the shelves in the grocery section and they were out of one thing I want in the pharmacy area and the registers were not working we were using scanners and paid for at the checkouts today and the clerk was really really really really really really really really really really really really friendly and I was a greeter at the door his name was Jay.
