The food was great but some of the staff seemed a little judgmental towards customers. I could even tell one of them kinda laughing or snickering at the customers which I found to be a little rude and disrespectful.

Hit or miss here on food and service.. today, the ladies were excellent at the drive through but I've had other time where both service& food are garbage. Mostly, after dinner.

Placed a order via the app for pickup ASAP. Once I got to the Wendy's my order was not ready and had to wait an extra 15 minutes to get my order. The kid behind the counter first attempted to give me a raspberry frosty, which Wendy's doesn't even sell. Then tried to give me spicy chicken nuggets when i ordered regular nuggets. I had to request that they replace my chocolate frosty because it had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. By time we got our food...
