I'd like to tell you about the miniscule thing that bothers me about this place. I went in yesterday for some nuggets and got shorted 1. I go in today for some nuggets, I get shorted 2. All I want, is EXACTLY what I paid for. I didn't go back yesterday because I figured it was a simple mistake and the only reason I didn't go back today was because I was already half way home before realizing it. I should have checked the bag there and I didn't that's my fault. So here's my review; they need to count better. I count 3 or 4 different times before eating them just to make sure I'm not going insane...it's just uneeded stress after a long day.

This place should be called Wendy's Dance Club. The EXTREMELY LOUD fast-paced dance music makes it impossible to carry on a conversation and difficult to eat and enjoy your meal. I was there once when the music was tolerable. I would only recommend the place for people that like the club scene. They lied and about my online order being ready. I ordered through the app and notified several minutes later that it was ready. I wlarrived almost 10 minutes late to pick it up at the counter. At that point I watched them tell the kitchen to start my order. Normally, at other locations my order is ready when I'm notified.

The burgers we ordered were very salty and the place smelled like urine.
We were overcharged on our Frostys. When we questioned why the price we were charged was different than what was on the drive up menu board they didn't or couldn't explain, got a shift manager, they gave the same response. Then they got the night manager and he said they charged for a large. He didn't apologize or anything. Finally he asked in a sarcastic tone what do you want me to do? So we asked for a refund. Their customer service is non-existent! The Girl Scout Thin mint Frosty isn't worth it, very disappointed in the flavor.

I was very impressed soon as I walked in first of all the atmosphere of the store with the new rebuild was just amazing. I was also impressed and how the staff greeted me as soon as I walked through the door they made me feel welcome and made me feel like I was family. My food was fresh and hot everything was amazingly delicious. The guy I can't remember his name I think it was Paul maybe he was just he was amazing himself thank you so much Paul I hope that's your name. Overall I recommend this store to everyone I love everything about the store and everything they had going on they were so amazing and they even let me sit until I was able to get my ride later that evening and I bought more food and it was still hot delicious and thank you all so much.
