Every time I do a delivery order from this restaurant they always forget something first time it was my wife's sandwich and now today doing a delivery order they forgot the fries and toy in my son's Happy meal like how can you forget that when you have to close it up and put a sticker on it stating that the bag is full and the orders been fulfilled worst Wendy's ever never will go back I do not recommend this store to anybody you can't even pay me to go back to a place that forgets something so simple I suggest going to McDonald's or Burger King where they actually get stuff right.

I’m just leaving this message to let you guys know that I got sick from eating a #5 (chicken wrap) meal around 3:30 pm on Saturday the 24th of February. I threw up bits of lettuce and chunks of chicken about an hour ago 3:30am on the 25th and it hadn’t been digested but I ate it 12 hours ago. I haven’t thrown up in over 20 years since I was 15 years old and I never get sick like this but that chicken wrap was the only thing I ate today. I had an ice tea with it so maybe that was contaminated but I really think it was the chicken so maybe look into the supply. I will delete this review after I get a response. I just wanted to inform you guys in case other people are getting sick.

We placed our order through the mobile app and our son stopped and picked up the order through drive through. He got home and two of our small chili’s were missing. I drove back over to get the other two which they did prepare for me quickly. When I mentioned the problem now was my burger was going to be cold by the time I got home. Managers response was just “I’m sorry”. No apology for having the order messed up from the beginning. All good service workers should be required to take training by in customer service.

The line moved surprisingly quickly and the food was good. They had a mistake but fixed it as soon as I came inside to let them know, (they gave me a burger instead of a chicken sandwich). I always prefer this one to the others in town.

I’m only posting this because it is a consistent problem during breakfast, especially.They never have anything ready and always make you park. It is consistently a 5-10 minute wait and one time it was 20 minutes. Poor management. And lady with name starting with T at the window is hot or cold on her customer service, but mostly just passive aggressively rude.Plus they don’t cook their bacon right at all. It needs to be baked long enough not to be chewy or limp- this stores bacon is just awful.Consistently poor experience all around.I hope Wendy’s management cares to correct this stores issues.
