First of all I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got the regular, so wrong order. Second of all I had paid through the app and redeemed my points for a free 10 piece chicken nugget. Pulled up to the window and the manager was like “sorry you redeemed your points but you’re not getting your reward since you failed to tell us at the speaker.” Was arguing with me. Terrible service, terrible management, and can’t get an order right.

Who do I need to contact to get a complaint taken care of?? I placed a mobile order on 5/13/2023, went to pick up my order, sign posted on the door "closed for cleaning" same on the drive thru. Yet I was charged for an order I didn't receive. Contacted store three times, no returned call. Emailed a complaint. Did 3 surveys and still no contact or refund. Very unprofessional......only gave 1 star because that's the only way I could leave a review.And still nothing..pathetic.

Guy taking orders should either not be working talking to people or should definitely learn customer service skills. Extremely rude. If your out of items or no longer sell them there needs to be some sort of indication of such, especially so the guy taking orders doesn’t catch an attitude acting like I’m supposed to know what they do and do not have or are out of. You don’t like your job or whatever the issue is, sorry not my fault. I didn’t come to Wendy’s to be treated like trash by some poor mannered disrespectful young adult. You get in return what you give so if you treat me like trash well back at ya.

There was a long black strand of hair found in our ghost pepper ranch sandwich, in the other sandwich, the wrapper had ketchup all over it when the sandwich had no sauce. Whoever is making the food is not changing their gloves. The person taking orders at the drive thru, was rude, didn't follow through with a proper ending, and just all around should not be taking orders. The person taking money at the window needs to put their hair back or wear a wendys cap while at work. All around they were a hot mess today. Whoever is making food needs to put their hair up better. The rest of the food was fine, but i have noticed this wendy's location on Topeka blvd. has more issues then the other locations. We usually try to avoid this location, but we were close by today and decided to go for it. Bad decision on our part.
