I frequent other Whataburgers in the KC area, this is the worst. I've been here 4 to five times and they just can't make a cheeseburger correct, every time it's wrong. Today I talked with the manager and got my cheeseburger fixed, it has mustard when I ordered it without. When it came back the the lettuce still had mustard. Terrible!!!

Been here 3 times and it constantly is a 10+ minute wait per car. Have to repeat yourself multiple times over the intercom for easy orders. Not sure if it’s because of inconsistencies or what. I was warned by others not to stop here and now i see why.

I asked for no onions on my burger they gave me onions on my burger I don't like onions I'm disappointed it was still good though next time don't put onions on my burger

Chicken sandwich hard large bone in it, and burger had green pieces of what I assume is plastic on it. Through food away before thinking of taking a photo.

We ordered through the drive thru and watched 5 cars go by who ordered after us in the other lane. Got our drinks quickly, and waited for our food for over 20 mins. If I hadn’t paid already I would’ve left. We ordered a chicken sandwich and bacon burger with no onions. The chicken was really dry, and the burger had an absurd amount of onions besides the fact that we ordered zero onion. Half the onions on there were grilled and the other half were raw. Felt almost purposeful even though we just sat there waiting, couldn’t even get ahold of someone to ask where our food was even if we wanted to. Won’t be coming back anytime soon, if ever.

Took an hour in the drive thru around 9pm. Both sandwiches were not prepared as ordered on the receipt, and the food was cold. Would not recommend going to this location. They clearly are not doing their jobs accurately.

Dirty has to ask twice for someone to clean a table off . Drinks taste so bad no matter what you get and ice in a bucket employee scooping ice out and her hands touching the ice 🥺

Slow drive thru service. I waited 5 mins in drive thru just to order and my order wasn't hot and wrong. I specifically ordered a biscuit and gravy not jalapeno and they put in that I wanted a jalapeno biscuit. The hash browns were cold and hard. I had to give them to my dog because i couldn't eat them. The sausage b.o.b. wasn't hot either. I don't think I'll go there and eat again. I asked for a senior discount and they said they didn't do senior discounts but online says they offer it.
