I went on Monday afternoon during lunch and it was PERFECT. I did not have the experience that a lot of people on here seem to have had. The sweet tea was just how I like it SUPER SWEET! It was fresh and didn't taste weird like a lot of restaurants/gas stations do. There was 4 of us and all of our food came out quick, hot, fresh and delicious! The front counter lady was a sweet heart and took great care of us! We enjoyed it and plan to go back soon! We are picky eaters so...

Michelle Rodriguez is amazing! You don't get many amazing store managers these days. I had ordered through Uber and my deliverer failed to bring me everything I ordered which was 2 different value meals. I called Whataburger and spoke to Michelle and she sincerely felt bad that we didn't receive our other meal so she offered to replace our entire order and gave us 2 awesome collectors cups!

Something is wrong with your hbg. meat. It lacks the seasonings used in the Texas Whataburger burgers.
Please check this ASAP!!!
