When I came in to wings, etc. in Topeka, the service was not great. They didn’t even have a host so I had to wait at the door for a long time When there were two servers, standing at the server station right next to the door talking. So it immediately started badly. When we got to our section, the service did not get any better. The girl was very blunt and just short she acted like she didn’t want to be there and she couldn’t care less about the way she treated me and my family and how she represents her place of work. The food was good so I can’t complain about that at all. I will say my server didn’t mess up on our order or drinks. She just took a long time to refill them sometimes and would be talking VERY loudly about her personal drama with another staff member when we would need refills and would be waiting on our check. And I mean her drama was super unprofessional she was talking about retaliation towards someone and breaking their things, not wanting to get caught. Are you kidding me right now??? There were dirty tables in my section as well. Our table was clean but the booths all had crumbs in the corners and on the seats. They have no cushions either which isn’t the most comfortable but makes them very easy to clean so there’s really no reason I had to clean it off.

The atmosphere is friendly. The food and service were great. It's a little pricey. I loved the music they played and we weren't rushed to order or leave. Families are welcomedDietary restrictions: Low sodium and low sugar items available.Kid-friendliness: Wait staff were patient with children who didn't know what they wanted to eat.

Went with a group from work and wow the waitress was on point! Drinks came out quickly followed by our delicious grub. The food is incredible and I highly recommend the old fashioned diner burger ?. The wings are or course delicious as well! Highly recommend the honey hot garlic and the tweener sauces. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend Wings, Etc!!
I ordered 16 wings and fries along with fried mushrooms. I got my food and the fries were semi cold and salty. The wings were overcooked and tough which made it hard to eat to eat them and then on top of top I got fried cauliflower instead of mushrooms which was disappointing. The wings were also a little bland. I don't think I will eat here again.

The food here is really good. Topeka has great bar food, but this is one of the best in town. I have been pleased with everything I've ordered and the daily food and drink specials are great. Wings Etc. also has one of the best TV set ups in town, making it a great place to watch a game.
Waitress was great. Attentive and good spirited. Atmosphere was fine as the place was mostly empty.Sauce was tasty. Wings were significantly overcooked, not juicy. Some were more than half dried through. Maybe the worst wings I’ve ever had at a restaurant.4th time there. 1st time wings weren’t awesome.

My 1st visit, I was not impressed. The server came up to the table with horrible cigarette breath. Ordered a bowl of chili with the extra toppings. It wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese. The facilities looked clean. The utensils could use a scrubbing they were covered with a film.
