Absolutely garbage. Ordered 120.00 worth of wings. They were barely sauced and the wings were small. I noticed the GM that the wings weren’t prepared to the expectation that my family and I are used to from them. He stated they were.. yall look at these wings and tell me if they are worth 120?! No options were available other than returning the wings for a remake. So I drove back 20 mins and wanted a refund instead. I was told I have to reach out to Door dash for a refund which I understand. However, I will never order here again. If you and your family want wings in Topeka go to Wings Ect.

Heard the worker tell another customer that the fryer oil hasn't been changed or cleaned in 2 weeks.. when I worked fast food this would be cleaned daily. This is disgusting 🤢 my stomach hurts and the oil is turning in my guts this place is disgusting. Dont eat here.

The General manager greeted me & took my order. I let him know I wanted to order enough wings to accommodate a small gathering in our school classroom the following day. He gave me an excellent price, taking a generous percentage off, because I work for a school. My order was ready to carry out in five minutes. However, on my way out the door, the three containers started to slide… & one container & it’s contents, spilled onto the sidewalk as I was exiting. The general manager quickly replaced the items that fell. Even with all that happened, I was in and out within 20 minutes. Great service, great price, clean & friendly environment!!! Will definitely be returning to this Wing Stop location!

This location, like so many other businesses, is far too short staffed. This is a busy location, but I’ve walked in to collect an order and only two people were staffing the entire restaurant, even during peak hours. I’ve sat and waited for 20+ minutes for my order to be finished as more and more were coming in and being added to the queue.

I DO NOT blame the few people that work here. The blame lies solely on the person that isn’t offering enough pay to staff this location or is purposely limiting the number of staff on duty at any given time to save on labor hours. This is ridiculous.

Other than that, I enjoy the food and the folks that work here are friendly and decent to work with. This place just needs more people on duty to keep up with orders.

7 people working with nobody in the lobby and they still can't get food out. The food is just as trash as the staff. Don't waste your time.

This has been one of the worst take out experiences of my life. Our order was expected ready at 7:11, and I get that it’s not a perfect system. It can be a few minutes early, or late. We checked in at 7:08 and were very well greeted by the manager and another worker. We were checked in and told they are almost done with our order. 5 minutes goes by and lots of food and staff being really nice and super friendly, the main cashier was funny offering everyone tons of paper towels, plus him and the manager were handing out free drinks to everyone through the door, except us for some reason (not that I wanted it).
5 minutes…..10 minutes…..15 minutes…..orders that popped up on the screen after we arrived have came and went with their free drinks. The manager pops out and says it’s 2 minutes out.
20 minutes now……25 minutes…….
The manager pops out of the kitchen after giving his crew some motivational speech about where does it all start (I guess it doesn’t start with my order) and says they messed up and the fry’s are cold. So my wings are done? But now they are getting cold. I’m confused but he half assed apologized then never emerged from the kitchen again and told someone to take my order up to me, 32 minutes after we checked in.
We were waiting for 32 minutes.

Now I see why you have a 2.7 rating on here. Don’t waste your time ordering from here. Wings Ect will be getting all of our business going forward. Oh thanks for shorting me majorly on our fries. 2 large orders, but only got one split across 2 boxes. My wife and I are 2 of the nicest calmest people. Business owners that believe in customer service. Your manager could have done a little less pep talking staff and a little more apologizing and fixing the situation, I would have never left this.

One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!
