I will never order from you again! I have ordered delivery, I have ordered pick up. Every single time there is something missing. And the employees are always extremely rude! If my kids hadn’t requested it, I wouldn’t have ordered. I’m furious that I just spent over $60 and I’m missing half of my order!

I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.

Called customer service x3. Sent pictures. Left a message for the store we bought them at. No communication back from customer service or the store.

Really disappointed with my experience at Wingstop today. My order got mixed up with someone else who had the same name, and when I asked if they could redeliver, they said all they could do was offer a refund. Maybe adding a last initial on the bag would help?
I reordered and asked for a 52-ounce lemonade but ended up with five large drinks filled with ice. Now I have to find space to store them, and they’ll be watered down by tomorrow.
On top of that, our wings (garlic parm, lemon pepper, and hickory smoked BBQ) were all jammed into one container, separated only by a soggy piece of paper. The flavors mixed, and everything ended up tasting like BBQ, which ruined the meal.
Overall, a super frustrating experience. Hope Wingstop can make some improvements!

I called to place an order. I was told to give a credit card. The price was $12.56. my son used his card there and it was fraudulently used in Kansas City the same weekend. I declined and said I would order in person. I did and relayed the credit card experience my son had. The short girl that waited on me said, "There are other places you could go".

I was reluctant to order given the reviews. My experience was great. I ordered online and decided to wait about 30 minutes after the stated time to pick up my order given the reviews about long waits. Its not uncommon to wait longer than expected for food anywhere. The food was ready when I arrived, no wait. It was not piping hot so it probably was ready on time. I also selected the option online for the wings to be well done given some reviews mentioning undercooked meat. The wings and sauce was on point. Some of the wings were crispy some weren't. I was ok with that. My son doesn't like crispy wings, I do, so it worked out perfectly. My main need was for them to be cooked thoroughly lol, and they were. Hopefully I'll have this same great experience the next time I visit. Great job Topeka Wingstop. Keep up the good work.
