I will never order from you again! I have ordered delivery, I have ordered pick up. Every single time there is something missing. And the employees are always extremely rude! If my kids hadn’t requested it, I wouldn’t have ordered. I’m furious that I just spent over $60 and I’m missing half of my order!

I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.

Called customer service x3. Sent pictures. Left a message for the store we bought them at. No communication back from customer service or the store.

ive tried giving this place a chance several times and the food is just disgusting. sauce tastes like plastic and it’s never that fresh.

Really disappointed with my experience at Wingstop today. My order got mixed up with someone else who had the same name, and when I asked if they could redeliver, they said all they could do was offer a refund. Maybe adding a last initial on the bag would help?
I reordered and asked for a 52-ounce lemonade but ended up with five large drinks filled with ice. Now I have to find space to store them, and they’ll be watered down by tomorrow.
On top of that, our wings (garlic parm, lemon pepper, and hickory smoked BBQ) were all jammed into one container, separated only by a soggy piece of paper. The flavors mixed, and everything ended up tasting like BBQ, which ruined the meal.
Overall, a super frustrating experience. Hope Wingstop can make some improvements!
