If you haven’t been, GO RIGHT NOW. Was driving by and saw the Mac cup on the window. I just happened to be craving Mac and cheese and decided to turn around and give it a try for a late lunch. I ended up getting the Mac cup with shredded beef to go. Let me tell you, it was SO DELICIOUS. Barbecue had great flavor, and that is coming from someone who typically isn’t a barbecue fan. Went here for dinner with my parents. Really cool, local place in an old building in downtown Valley Center. Friendly staff. The food was absolutely fantastic. Unique flavors and combinations and the smoked pork was extremely tender with outstanding flavor. The hot barbecue sauce was great as well. I’d come here once a week or more if I lived close by.Very quick and attentive service too. Well worth the drive from wherever you’re coming from.
