I loved the Goku drawings on the chalk boards, the food is tasty and consistent. Basic menu around 20 or so items. Fast service and polite service. Wave at the chef everytime I go there and I just know he remembers me.
It's a solid Chinese food joint. The lomein is some of the better that I've had. Usually pretty clean and the prices are fair. Thier egg roll portion size has changed recently but that may due to shortages.

Panda Kitchen is a decent Chinese restaurant. It has good food, great staff, and reasonable prices. The food is slightly better than what you get at most Chinese takeout places in Wichita, although it is still mostly average in terms of taste.
