“The food is always great, they NEVER get your order wrong, and their pricing is very fair. Been getting food here once every month or so for many years. Yeah, the main guy is hard to understand over the phone but he has NEVER made a mistake for us. He always PACKS the containers completely full, and the food is consistently very good for takeout Chinese.“

“It's no surprise why this place was in the running for a James Beard award. The service, food and atmosphere were amazing. I had the Duck A L'Orange and my husband had the Steak Frites. Everything was cooked to perfection and so flavorful. It was a great place to celebrate our 21st anniversary. Kennedy our server was amazing. Highly recommend this place.“

“I found this place through an app I use that reads the nutrition straight from a photo of my plate, so I stopped in with a friend to see if the suggestion held up. The fried rice was a perfect fit for my macros—tons of protein and zero waste—plus those fresh cucumber slices added a really nice crunch to the whole dish. The room is pretty basic since it's mostly set up for carry-out, but the staff were super efficient and friendly despite us walking in without a table.“

“I've been here multiple times, never had a single single issue and only good food. My husband'swears by the sushi here and the tonkatsu ramen was pretty good. It's very clean, they always have decent decorations up, and some sort of entertainment playing. Heavily recommended for a good casual date or a meal to catch up with friends over.

Many of us didn’t experience the ‘50s, but diners are apart of the American landscape that chances are you have great memories in a ‘50s themed diner, or at least relate to it as a symbol of American culture. Thanks Jimmie's Diner for keeping that nostalgia going!! Our server, Flash was outstanding he was very friendly and personable. we had a good conversation with him aswell. our food was right on par and the presentation looked great. we fi shed our lunch with a giant sundae. “Went to the Egg Crate for the very 1st time with my family. I ordered the chicken fried steak with fries and green beans. The service was excellent as my drink was always topped of by the gracious waitress. The biscuit was delicious, especially when I smothered it in butter and jelly! The chicken fried steak was perfectly crispy in the outside and perfectly tender on the outside. I especially loved the variety of sauces and dips from my fries! The meal was very filling as I ended up sharing my fries with my neices and nephews (as they were eagerly waiting for me to "throw in the towel" so they could gobble them up!) Along with the delicious food the atmosphere of the diner has a really cozy atmosphere with a lot of fun themed country style decor. I am looking forward to visiting the Egg Crate Cafe on my future visits from Colorado!“

“We ordered the Reuben basket with chips and a pickle. I told our server we only needed one sandwich because we would split the meal due to our diabetes and calorie intake. She informed us that there would be a basket shared meal charge for $2.99 and we would get two baskets, two pickles and 2 chips with the 1/2 sandwich a piece. I told her that we couldn’t medically consume the extra chips and pickle and to just order one basket and we would eat off the one. Our server became visibly upset and walked off. Before we left, I apologized to her and told her that I understood she was just doing her job and it wasn’t her fault. I understand the economy and policies, but the customer should be able to purchase one basket and share without it being an issue over one pickle, bag of chips and an extra basket that is not needed! We no longer feel welcomed.“

“My first time in this evening and i was very impressed. The waiter explained several dishes and recommended a few items as well. We chose the calamari which was huge and not chewy at all. Very nice! Also artichoke dip. I loved the pita breadbut wasn’t a fan of the chip it was super hard and i couldn’t really bite through it. Otherwise it was also fantastic. I opted for that trio kabob with mushroom risotto and veggies which were cooked perfectly. The brandy sauce and peppercorn something or other weren’t my favorite and i’m glad i chose them on the side. However the kabobs were cooked perfectly and the steak was so easy to chew. Kudos to the staff for keeping the place super clean and organized and the kitchen crew for making some amazing dishes this evening!“
