Sat there for almost 20 minutes with no waiter/waitress coming to greet us or even acknowledge the fact that we were sitting there! POOR EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Multiple employees walked by our table and not a single one acknowledged us!
Today was our first rough experience, hubby and I came in around 1300 for a late lunch. The cook came out to grab a beer, the other waiter is sitting having a nice lunch, a shot and a nice cold beer. Not sure if he is on a lunch break or off but pretty shocking half the employees are drinking while this poor young lady runs around helping us and others… I don’t find it settling to watch the employees drinking. I feel her having to run around like crazy made her a bit rude....read full review
Man, I was really hoping for more. I’ve heard such great things about Ziggy’s but my experience was not great. The pizza lacked sauce, the cheese garlic bread lacked cheese. I don’t understand how it was so bad when everyone raves about this place. Hopefully, I just caught them on a bad day but it certainly wasn’t a satisfying dinner.
