This Sunday morning around 930 am, February 18, 2024, I ate breakfast at my favorite eating establishment in my home town of Wichita, Kansas, Jimmy's Egg on West Central. During my meal, I observed firsthand as a belligerent, our-of-control male customer obviously tried to get a free meal by loudly complaining to an excellent employee at Jimmy's Egg, named Holly. Jimmy's Egg has consistently been one of my favorite breakfast joints to go to in Wichita. I've been coming here since my kids were little (and before, if I'm honest), and they haven't changed the whole lot since then. Let me tell you, the "Garbage Breakfast" is an amazing creation. One that should draw crowds, imo! The parking is atrocious, and the atmosphere is little more than a Waffle House with more seating. This morning I went to Jimmys Egg at 8728 W Central, Wichita, Kansas, 67212 for breakfast. I prefer my eggs "over easy" which I can never cook right at home. (I like the whites to be done, but the yolks runny. No "skin" on the border of the eggs makes them more delicious.)
