We took some friends to dinner last night. When we left I left my wallet. Not discovering that my wallet was gone until today, I panicked checking everywhere I had been. When I went to Riverside Cafe on W Central to inquire if they had found it, they said that they had been trying to reach me! I thanked them profusely. One of the best local restaurants that I've ever been to in Wichita. This one on Central has a great atmosphere. Great food friendly service.I have now tried both restaurants the one on 13th as well as this one on Central. Our first experience was better than our second. Everybody has bad days. Our waitress took our order and then we didn't see her again until the check, which means we had to ask others for things we needed. The sausage was very bland, no taste at all. My biscuits and gravy were good though, daughter didn't like her eggs but did eat her bacon and toast. Hopefully it was just an off day!
