Ordered a personal pan pizza and side of boneless chicken wings on 09/02/25. Only received 3 wings s/b 4 and 1 was reg sized and the other 2 were small nugget sized. Manager only wanted to give me 1 replacement wing. He finally agreed to credit me $1. He showed me he doesn’t really care about giving good customer service. I will show him that my business can go to Domino’s. 👿

Ordering on their website or app couldnt be more of a pain. I have to reset the pw every time I use it. The pw has to be stronger than my bank passwords. You cant see the passwords you are creating. They require a confirmation email that takes hours to arrive. It's as if they dont want the business.

Why is this pizza on bread sticks? Why? I’m all for creativeness but no that’s crackhead energy. Also there isn’t any sauce on it. The girl that called wanted to change the order because they didn’t make dough. Then changed it again. I understand, this kids are teenagers but it’s pizza man. It’s not that hard. Corporate needs to rethink the manger here. Or just close the it cause they are a bad joke now.

Customer service is terrible between poor management and the constant new hires running their phones with little to no knowledge creates a terrible experience before we receive a mediocre cold pizza and hour and a half after we order it.

At 5:09 I placed an order for 3 pizzas for delivery. Estimated delivery time was 5:44. At 5:50, recieved a text that a Dasher had picked up my order and would be delivered at 5:59 (I guess deliveries are not made by Pizza Hut emplyees any more). At 6:10 I called Pizza Hut asking the status of my order. They advised it had been picked up and they couldn't provide any information as to when it will be arriving. 6:13 my pizza arrived (30 min after estimated delivery time). I understand it was an estimate, but 30 min late is not acceptable. Plan accordingly if you order delivery from this Pizza Hut.

Pizza was not made correctly and was an hour later than said pickup time.....it has been a while since I ordered from this pizza hut. And they continue to disappoint. Over priced wings and there was NO sauce. I say none. Less than a 2 or 3 table spoons. 50 bucks for pizza and wings. 19$ are wings and I get essentially sauceless chicken nuggets. Pretty dismal. Heard an employee cursing with no regard to customers. The pic is after I shook the wing container

Ordered Garlic Parmesan wings and no sauce could not even tell any sauce on them might as well been plain!!! Supreme had way to many onions. Service - was in drive thru told to pull around and come in..... really ordered for drive thru pickup not to come in. Didn't get food till 7 minutes after pickup time.
