Second time my food was wrong . And seem the person taking orders could not hear. Well came back today . What in the world ?? Worst number 1 ever. Tors taste like bad oil. Burger apparently been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. Yuck. Come on get it together for crist sakes!! š¤ š¤®

They didn't give my fiance a few items she ordered, and when she called to let them know, once she got home, they went well above and beyond to accommodate her. They gave her another entire order for free the next day. What's better than Sonic once a week, you say? Sonic twice a week. Thanks again.

The service wasn't the problem I don't believe anyway . I went there today for my lunch and ordered a some chicken and fries and a original lemon slush but the slush didn't taste anything like a lemon . No lemon taste to it at all even after they remade it š I had 3 friends taste it and they thought I was drinking i water with slush juice in it .... It was very disappointed. I was so excited to have a original lemonade slush that tasted like lemons but I didn't but I could wait around any longer for them to try again cuz my lunch was almost over and I had to get back to my job . I really hope the next time I go its fixed . I sure do love some sonic .

This is one of the better Sonic's on the planet, anything off of their grill though that was a different Sonic in another state.

Extremely slow, all they do is sit and gossip, could even be seen at the doorway. BUT will give props to them handling an autistic customer very well.

Just average. Screens don't work half the time... This place has the worst reputation and it's unfortunate because this is a small community with few choices.
I ordered a bacon sandwich and it only had crumples, I asked if I could get a slice of bacon. She left and came back and said they didnāt have any it would take 20 minutes. Started to walk away, I said can I get a refund! She shook her head and walked away.

1 star soley for how poorly managed and run this location is. Itās truly unfortunate because itās a small town and really not that busy ever, unless thereās events going on in town. Workers on their phones, extremely slow response time, zero customer service when finally speaking to said customer. I personally canāt remember the last time my order was 100% correct. Ordered a burger, fries, drink and mozzarella sticks. They āforgetā the fries. Management changes constantly yet they never hire a manager that cares about their work. Laziness from top to bottom.

Went to get shakes for the half price ordered 2 chocolate, a peanut butter and a strawberry. Everything was right except for the strawberry they "misheard" and rang in a strawberry cheesecake. When I told the server it was wrong she took it back in to exchange it and was out within 30 seconds with a new one. I know what a strawberry tastes like and it was not it. Seems to me they took off the whipped cream and cheesecake crumble and replaced with just whipped cream. I know it was my mistake for not looking at what the screen said but they could have fixed it properly. Corporate needs to make a surprise visit to this location and see what the heck is going on with how bad it has seem to gotten.
