I ordered a bacon sandwich and it only had crumples, I asked if I could get a slice of bacon. She left and came back and said they didn’t have any it would take 20 minutes. Started to walk away, I said can I get a refund! She shook her head and walked away.

1 star soley for how poorly managed and run this location is. It’s truly unfortunate because it’s a small town and really not that busy ever, unless there’s events going on in town. Workers on their phones, extremely slow response time, zero customer service when finally speaking to said customer. I personally can’t remember the last time my order was 100% correct. Ordered a burger, fries, drink and mozzarella sticks. They “forget” the fries. Management changes constantly yet they never hire a manager that cares about their work. Laziness from top to bottom.

Went to get shakes for the half price ordered 2 chocolate, a peanut butter and a strawberry. Everything was right except for the strawberry they "misheard" and rang in a strawberry cheesecake. When I told the server it was wrong she took it back in to exchange it and was out within 30 seconds with a new one. I know what a strawberry tastes like and it was not it. Seems to me they took off the whipped cream and cheesecake crumble and replaced with just whipped cream. I know it was my mistake for not looking at what the screen said but they could have fixed it properly. Corporate needs to make a surprise visit to this location and see what the heck is going on with how bad it has seem to gotten.

This location is absolutely worse than pathetic. I'm not sure if we can read, or care to learn. I'm not sure who "manages" this location but we should try to attempt to actually doing said job...managing.

Worked here for about 6 months and so many shady things happen at this location. They are beyond cheap. I will go into that. For the first 5 months it was mostly okay normal fast food drama before I got hired I told them I needed to be scheduled with a coworker as they were my ride home and Jen the previous supervisor managed to do that but the new supervisor jess completely disregarded it and purposefully didn’t schedule me with said coworker or would send them home early and tell them Its not her problem. I was also told I got a raise but then my paystubs as well as literally everyone else’s who worked there were with held for months then when we finally got them realized I wasn’t getting paid what I was told. But the new supervisor said there wasn’t anything she could do about it. She also cut everyone’s hours majorly I’m talking full time employees were lucky to be getting 15 hours but would bring in people from newtons store to work those hours. I would show up to work and they would not allow me to clock in for hours after I was scheduled as well. They let people show up on drugs. Gossiped with others about how I didn’t deserve my job. (Because I wasn’t stupid and saw all the shady stuff they were doing) when the actual stores employees were aloud to work their SCHEDULED hours they only allowed two employees to be on the clock at a time. If u want to work for MAYBE 8 dollars an hour and get treated like absolute garbage send them here is your place.

This isn’t about the food. Just don’t work here. Manager Forest is a lousy manager and can’t do his job correctly. Fires employees without warning, doesn’t give you regular hours, doesn’t even tell you your hours. He has lost 2 employees in a week because he is a moron and has 0 communication. I have nothing good to say about this play anymore. Don’t let your teens work here or anyone for that matter
