I have given this location several chances, and I love valley center, but this Sonic is just poorly run. My wait times have been crazy, 15-20 minutes or longer. Today I just said I’m writing a review because the rudeness was by far worse today than prior times. I ordered two simple items, one drink, one burger. 20+ minutes later they brought out a burger without cheese items I had requested for it to not have. I hate asking for a new item, but what was on it made it inedible for me, so I asked for a new one. The girl seemed confused, and acted like it was a surprise that I wanted what I actually ordered. The tone and body language was rude. I waited another 15 minutes for her to bring me out a burger that still wasn’t correct. At that point, I’m not asking for a new one again so I left.

Forgot a significant chunk of our order. Including every single one of our sauces that we specifically asked for. Then when I called to ask about it, they basically gave me a “dang that’s crazy” and said bye. No attempt at making it better, not even a sorry. That was it. For the prices of their food the service should be much much better.

Staff could use a customer service class or two. Had to repeat all or part of my order 3 times, got to the window, Lilyana confirmed my order but there was no smile, friendly face or thank you. Got my change & order but had to ask for receipt. You'd think I'd asked her to wash my car. Finally got the receipt.

Second time my food was wrong . And seem the person taking orders could not hear. Well came back today . What in the world ?? Worst number 1 ever. Tors taste like bad oil. Burger apparently been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. Yuck. Come on get it together for crist sakes!! 🤒 🤮

They didn't give my fiance a few items she ordered, and when she called to let them know, once she got home, they went well above and beyond to accommodate her. They gave her another entire order for free the next day. What's better than Sonic once a week, you say? Sonic twice a week. Thanks again.

The service wasn't the problem I don't believe anyway . I went there today for my lunch and ordered a some chicken and fries and a original lemon slush but the slush didn't taste anything like a lemon . No lemon taste to it at all even after they remade it 😒 I had 3 friends taste it and they thought I was drinking i water with slush juice in it .... It was very disappointed. I was so excited to have a original lemonade slush that tasted like lemons but I didn't but I could wait around any longer for them to try again cuz my lunch was almost over and I had to get back to my job . I really hope the next time I go its fixed . I sure do love some sonic .
