Very disappointed I ordered one sandwich,nothing else! It took over ten minutes for that and it came soaked in grease and whatever the sandwich wrapper was laid in before it was bagged,leaked all over me and my car ,very sloppy good job valley center way to not give any attention to service let alone professionalism or care about your product or the customer very disgusting!!!

One of the slowest sonics that I have been to. Just depends on the day as to what it's going to be like. Overall the food is good when we do get it. Just a bit inconsistent

Let me count the ways this establishment failed: the guy delivering the orders had no clue which order went to which stall, I sat 20 minutes and had to call back in because other people around me had gotten their order - they took my order a second time because they were "confused". I waited another 20 minutes and not only was my order wrong, the lemonade they served me was absolutely horrible. If you want a fast, accurate place to stop for lunch, THIS IS NOT IT.

Bam Bam Bigelow

The supervisor Jess is a genuine problem. She creates issues for her staff and purposefully takes away any simple solution. And she starts fights between her staff with extreme rules which only stress the staff. And when they complain she says they should leave cuz a homeless person would love this job what decent respectable boss ignores their staffs complaints?? And to put the icing on the cake when she does get decent staff she gives their hours to people that already work at a different location who are minors working way past what they should. People like her genuinely ruin business she should be fired immediately if you knew what was good for your franchise.

The strawberry limeade is still my favorite 15 years later. The ice and how it's made is still on point. Also, the breakfast toaster sandwich with bacon is a good choice.

Two times now have not received any service at all. Push the button, wait for a response, watch employees doing other things, one guy was even cleaning the parking lot but no one ever acknowledged us. Drove to the Park City Sonic. VC Sonic needs to get it together!

When I pulled in and pushed the red button, I was the only car in the row. 2 to 3 minutes others started showing up. Customers walked up, I could hear all of them ordering. Then, a simple order, #3 no Mano, add easy mustard, tots, medium Dr. Pepper easy ice. Sandwich had no mustard, and the tots were very cold. I guess, at least they got the drink right.I mean, I'm not sure what I was expecting. It's kind of Sonic's thing company wide. Mess up the order as much as possible and still call it food.I think to avoid any disappointment, I'll just start pushing the button and ask for about $14 worth of food. When asked what I would like, my response would be, it don't matter. You're not going to bring that out the door.Sad thing is, I like Sonic.

We waited at least 20 minutes to have our order taken once we pressed the button. The car next to us got there about 10 minutes after us, had their order taken before us, and had their food at least 10 minutes before we received our 1 shake and two drinks. Once our drinks came out of the kitchen, the young lady went around to all cars asking if it was what they ordered (our screen so said we were still waiting to order), never asking us (and we were parked just outside the door. We had to flag her down to get her attention. I don't often complain, but this was some of the worst service I have ever had. I understand it was busy due to Fall Fest, but all of this was bad service, not just because they were extremely busy.

I have eaten at Sonic my entire life. This is the worst service and food I have ever had at a Sonic. I will never eat at this Sonic in Valley Center ever! I was scolded on why they don't have time to make my food properly. I was also told that the cook was lazy so he doesn't have time to make it properly.
