We briefly stopped in on our way through because we wanted ice cream, and were pleasantly surprised by a better staff and suprisingly short wait time. Previous experiences at this DQ haven’t been too great, but still good enough to come back. This time, the atmosphere was better and service was significantly better than my last visit, which was probably about a year ago. The picture is a pumpkin pie blizzard, which was delicious.

Stopped here coming from Utah to Virginia on a road trip. Fine place to eat Dairy Queen while coming through on i70. Waiting on food took a little bit, but food was great and they even have a restroom to use. Not busy at all on a Saturday afternoon. Will be back.

Came from Ness to take the kids for Ice cream and the 2 ladies and young man working are incredibly nice and respectful! There are some rude elderly customers being so disrespectful to the employees and they kept it so professional those 3 need a raise

If I could give this establishment a negative I would. We came in and Large Marge was yelling and cussing at the high school kids in front of a bunch of customers. She was belittling them and as a parent I couldn't imagine someone yelling and cussing at my child. I understand her being the manager but no manager should treat a teenager like that especially in front of customers.
This place looks like it's about to fall apart! I went thru the drive-thru and was given my ice cream first, which made .e think my food would be right behind. I had no choice but to eat the ice cream while waiting and I had nearly finished it when my food was finally handed to me about 10 min later. The service wasn't friendly but the burger was hot and tasty!

I went to this dq the other day and I saw this fully grown adult berating the probably no older than highschool kids like nothing else she was yelling at them she doesn’t realize that they are just kids terrible never coming again

Horrible experience , there were no adults working , all kids were working and messing around the whole time no sense of professionalism or customer service skills whatsoever . Throwing around the f bomb like it's their favorite word of the day and also got our order wrong probably due to the jacking around and not paying attention to the ticket order and too busy running to and from the counter to sit and hang out with their friends while they are working . Very unpleased with my experience at this facility do better wakeeney dairy Queen

We were traveling across the state earlier this month, and were excited to see a DQ, so we pulled in for a late lunch. When we arrived around 2pm, there was one customer already sitting down. We ordered our food, and sat down. Every table was dirty, and the floors were filthy. While we sat and waited 17 minutes, one lady did come out to clean the tables. She wiped down 3, then went back to the back, leaving several untouched. When our food was ready, the fries were cold, the gravy was not the typical white color that it typically is when made correctly. This gravy was gray and tasted old. My partner's burger was not very good either. We love dairy queen, and I worked at one during high school and college. I do not live close to a dairy queen, but always try to find one on our trips. Sadly after this experience, I find myself avoiding Dairy Queens.
