Worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Watered down ranch and our kids got a 1/4 of the fries in the fries box than they should’ve. Wait was long and food was very disappointing. Not worth your money.

Multiple times I've come and been stuck waiting in the drive through for 30min-45min. I only ever get chicken strips and I doubt it takes that long for them to make chicken strips and French fries. When my boyfriend comes through the drive instead of me he is met with rude comments and even I have witnessed sexist jokes made at him about how men can't even order food right. I have to make sure my order is correct every time I come through and it's only right maybe 25% of the time.

The ground is quite dirty and there's a bit of flys in the workplace, it makes me worry about the health code the service is quite good in my opinion, not rude or has respects, the food is quite good. Just the slightly messy floors and the insects inside this dairy queen just makes me feel worried

We stopped in on the way to Hays. The staff is friendly and the shakes were good. This is a small town locally owned DQ which is honestly a local treasure. It does need to be spruced up and given a good deep cleaning . It is looking a little dingy. Fresh paint ( inside and out) and flowers outside would definitely make this place charming.

Place was full of flies and shake was like thin and no strawberry flavor. Worst I ever had. Had chicken strip meal. They are stingy with the gravy. Couldn't even fill up the little container they put the gravy in.

We ordered hot food and ice cream. The hot food was great; it was a busy weekend so the wait was long but it was to be expected. The ice cream was not good; the blizzard was made incorrectly and half melted. The flies were terrible.

Sat in the drive through for 40 minutes… 20 of that was at the window where nobody came to tell us the status or apologize for running behind. Absolutely, insane.. we were then handed half melted ice cream. Don’t waste your time or money.

Normally we come in and get the same blizzards every time and they're really good and there's Snickers pieces and Reese's pieces all throughout the blizzard. T today our blizzards were awful. No chunkiness at all.no pride in the blizzards we received today

Service was slow. Ice cream was not even solid in my blizzard. The staff didn't even give me my credit card back. I had to wait and then he was confused and tried to charge me for the next person's order. It was a mess

Stopped here on a road trip across the country. As it was lunch time and wanted some ice cream too, we decided to make one stop. Ordered a couple of meals and some ice cream. Service was friendly, the food was what you would expect from a fast food place and the ice cream was hit the spot. But when I got the bilI, I was over charged an extra chicken basket. I asked for a refund and was only refunded the cost of the basket, they do refund the sales tax. I've never heard of this kind of stupidity. Well, on to the next adventure....
