Highly recommend. Found this little gem on Trip Advisor. OMGosh what a great experience. Food was awesome. We had the prime rib & all I can say is…excellent!!! Everyone was friendly & the owners are super nice. So much history to the building. Well stocked bar & some good craft beers from a brewery out of Hays, Ks . If you find yourself in western Kansas this is a must stop. Should you be driving west on I70 and go through Hays, don’t stop, just keep driving. I promise...read full review
1st of all the Saloon was gracious enough to open up to us for the start of our class reunion weekend! They were to be closed but did a private party just for us so thank you so much!
2nd the food was absolutely some of the best we have had! I heard no complaints so hats off to the staff!
