My job (Cargill) got us "Steak Sandwiches" last week and being new around here I thought it was a shorthanded way of saying Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches........ How wrong I was!!! The "open faced" ACTUAL steak sandwiches were SOOOOO good I immediately fell in love with this restaurant!! Will be coming in soon to partake of their (ASSUREDLY) delicious offerings!!
Great little stop if you're looking for a pleasant lunch/dinner along 70. Really good prices for what we got. I got the 3 chicken tenders thinking they would be pretty small, but between my side and tenders it was a very good size meal for 7.50. The fries were superrrr good too

If you're ever in WaKeeney, or driving by on I-70, it's definitely worth your time to stop in. The food is very good and reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Craft beers from Hays Brewery - Defiance and a full bar. If you're there around Christmas, you'll be able to see the Christmas City of the High Plains all lit up.
