This place is the definition of don’t judge a book by its cover. On the outside it does not look the best but the food and the service was some of the best I’ve ever had and the food was extremely affordable!

Order the Mountain Oysters-tastes like chicken fried steak! On our roadtrip to Colorado we chose to eat lunch here specifically because mountain oysters were on the menu. No one in our group of 10 had ever tried them and we decided today is the day! Even if you don’t, the burgers were fantastic! The Brazen Bull is worth the effort to find and a perfect stop halfway between KC and Denver. We stopped for lunch and the service was fast and friendly. The salsa and ranch are home made and were a perfect compliment to the hand cut fries. The double cowboy burger with Swiss cheese and bacon was a winning combo. Highly recommend for anyone on their next road trip!!

The food was delicious just cold but the service and atmosphere was fantastic. We did try the Brazen Bull Oysters. If you like fat and regular oysters these are for you! It was a texture thing for me and I love regular oysters.
Love this place. They were closed on Thanksgiving. The family invited me in for dinner. You can't get much cooler than that. love them people.
