Andy's is the best frozen custard place in town. We ride all the way across town to go to this one because they pile the goodies in the stolen brownie sundaes.

$14 for 2 ice cream treats, service was bad, they missed several toppings on my wife's ice cream and handed us food that had already been mistakenly given to another customer. After addresing these concerns with corporate about my disappointing first visit they offered to make things right and as opposed to a refund they rather opted to send me coupons, I'm less than thrilled of what I received(small w one topping coupon) when what we had an issue with was a full size premium ice cream.
Needless to say, I'm done with Andy's, the custard's way better at Freddy's.
Anyway, support local business.

This was delicious! The waffle cone and vanilla ice cream were just amazing! Friendly staff. Watched them acknowledge and take ownership of a mistake made. Love to see that.

Normally I include a picture but this time I absolutely forgot because I was transfixed on how good the malt was. For me it tasted like childhood memories, sitting and eating chocolate malt candies with my grandfather and brother, which is something I'll never forget. Being reminded of that was a blessing.
Staff was incredibly friendly, and were happy to break down how the menu worked and what they recommended, which was helpful since it was our first time there.
Would absolutely go again and I definitely need one of these in my home city and state.

bought a yogurt ice cream and didnβt take anything like yogurt AT ALL!!! tasted more like vanilla and ice cream was all melted
Went to order, told out of vanilla custard, went out of the line because husband wanted a banana split...came right back around about 5 minutes later and they said they were closed! Like what?! Awful customer service. Then looked and saw thy close at 11:30pm and its 8:08 they say they are closed. Yes its snowing but good customer service is even saying the reason.

First time I visited I ordered the build your own concrete just a simple oreo concrete and I was impressed just how the taste was incredible and the ice cream to oreo ratio was great. Would recommend.

I ordered a Bootdaddy with pretzel, expresso, and toffee candy. The first mix left the Oreos and expresso out and literally there was hardly anything but yogurt. I returned it and asked that they correct the order. The young lady was very gracious and corrected it immediately. The second time, there was so much pretzel in it that it was like eating pretzel held together by a little yogurt. I always visit this Andyβs location as it is closest to our home. I also typically have good experiences, but lately the kids working there are not paying attention to details. It seems that they are keen on rushing the order out quickly instead of monitoring the accuracy of the order. This is not the first time lately they have given me an incorrect order. They need more training and supervision.
