I just went to Andy’s with my girlfriend. She ordered her normal sundae, and when we drove off we noticed that they forgot her brownie. After we clarified our order more than once. We are highly disappointed, since we go to Andy’s quite frequently.

Love the ice cream. Don’t like the services. Went to get ice cream tonight and was charged more than what I asked for. Did not get what I ordered and was told they were too busy to remake my ice cream correctly.
Like an old-fashioned Dairy Queen in the regards that there is no place to sit down inside. No visible restroom that I could see either. Best for in the summer. For the type of place it is, It's expensive, there's a reason why it's in the more expensive parts of town.

This used to be one of our favorite place however they have recently had a rash of bad orders. I found a piece of hard plastic in my own concrete and they messed up my parents orders.

The manager was absolutely flipping amazing!!! I think this has to be one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been to, and the employees we're even happy! You do not see that nowadays. I have to say it's all because of the amazing manager. He was so funny he knew what he was talking about he knew his product he knew his business he was absolutely amazing. Me and my family will definitely be going back to this location.

It is the most chill custard place in the city! Our family frequent this spot because of the locations, atmosphere, customer service, and of course the custard. My favorite is the James Brownie funky jack hammer!! Amazing. If you haven't, you must give Andy's a try ?
