went in yesterday only to find out that they were out of almost everything i wanted to order on top of that some servers were just standing talking the whole i asked for a manager but i was told told she was helping out on the line terrible service will not be coming back to this location

Yesterday was free 20 count boneless wings if you order thru the app. So, I tried to place a to-go order thru the app. I got all the way done (which took forever bc I wanted 2 of the same meals just different sides, and when I went to order the second meal it duplicated the first order) the app wouldn't let me pay cash upon arrival. So, I called the manager and she transferred me to the to-go order employee. I ordered my food thru her, 2 dinners and the free wings. She wasn't sure how to adjust the price on the wings but assured me they wouldn't cost anything. When I went to pick up my order there was no wings and the employee said she wasn't able to make the wings free in her computer. It was almost closing time. Had I of known that I would have stopped and got a prepaid card so I could've ordered online. But the employee assured me she would handle it when we spoke on the phone. I am disappointed in the customer service. Something could have been done. But the manager seemed to not care. SMH. I'll definitely go somewhere else from now on.

Never ever order to go at this location. It’s never ready when it says it will be. This time specifically I’ve had enough. I came on time and they said they “forgot” a sandwich and it would be 8 or 9 minutes more. After 15 minutes, I came back inside and watched 10 or so employees chitchat and hang out until one of them came over and asked me if I was there for a pick up. Then he promptly walks over and picks up the food for my order, which was ready, bagged it up and brings it out to me again while all these other people are just standing around talking. I’m not sure what a dine in experience is like, but I’ll never go to this location again.

Went to watch the game 1/26 I ordered mozzarella sticks and a date night daiquiri. When the mozzarella sticks came they told me they were out of marinara sauce. ( that would have been nice to know when I ordered it) the “daiquiri “ was more of a frozen mango margarita with strawberry syrup. The syrup was warm and not mixed in with the drink that also had chunks of ice that hadn’t been blended. I had the munchies so I still ate it but it was not very good.

There was a new menu item that had chicken on a bed of mushrooms and onions with waffle fries on a hot skillet. It was VERY good even though it had a pretty small amount of waffle fries. The Classic Combo appetizer was somewhat disappointing. The chicken quesadilla only had the middle filled. It was mostly toasted tortilla. The mozeralla sticks were barely warm. The cheese inside was like biting into a string cheese stick. The artichoke dip was the only thing on point. Our server was great, so there were no issues with customer service. I don't think an appetizer is something that should be taken back to the kitchen. Hot food should be hot. Seems there may be a prep timing issue when the combo is put together. Everything should be hot and fresh when brought out.

My family and I walked in and waited for about 3 - 5 minutes, a few of the servers and bartender looked at us but nobody greeted us or said anything like"someone will be with you"....noting...we were hungry and looking forward to eating there. It wasn't really busy inside, but had to walk out. I'm not about to spend my money where we don't feel welcomed, service was probably going to be slow and subpar.... very disappointing and aggravating especially when you're hungry.... on to the next one

Went into the ridge road location for Sunday dinner 11-17-2024 at 7:00pm with my husband and I have to say we had the absolute worst non service . To start they were not busy because the restaurant was more empty than full. After we literally walked through the entire restaurant by the hostess to be seated where did she choose to seat us? By the bathrooms ugh 🤮 so we politely asked if we could sit where the game was showing versus watching a Humana commercial. Since she couldn’t change the channel. (really)? So we order drinks but try to order our food also and you would have thought we were talking trigonometry so she tells us I’ll just come back. We explained that we already knew what we wanted to order and the young lady disregarded us. Afterwords she went over to the bar and starting rating the gummies that went in the blue special drinks. Like I don’t know what kind of circus you all are running but this very unprofessional and disgusting. She doesn’t wash her hands then you bring over our drinks uhhh 🤔 no ma’am. You still don’t take our order stating “you are the only server on the floor and it’s going to take a long time for our food to come out”. This is not how you treat customers let alone whine and complain about your job to customers! Young lady based on how you conducted yourself you would have been sent home if I were your manager. This was the WORST VISIT! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL. I took pictures of the server eating blue gummies at the bar versus taking our order.
