So I ordered a Sweet and Spicy Chicken Sandwich specifically because it DOES NOT have bacon. I do not eat pork as a religious choice! I get my sandwich and it has bacon on it! Not only is most of the menu mediocre, they add offensive food items that were not ordered. The service sucks too! I only came here on invitation from some friends. I will put AppleBees with Taco Hell and the Mc plaace, on the I never go there list.
The Neighborhood burger was meh🥱. The menu is pretty mediocre. Could not pay through the app, it sent me to my web browser and then would not allow me to pay my ticket. Only went because I wanted to visit with some friends and that was where they were going.

The West Applebee's was a total flop both the service and the food. We will not be returning. We were a party of eight with only a handful of other customers. We had to hand the appetizer trays and plates and request the waitress to remove after dinner was delivered. The spinach dip was missing the seasoning. Don't order the prime rib sandwich it was not tasteful.

Wow, Applebee's never dissapoints. The service at this location really sucks. We waited 50 minutes to order, hardly anyone to serve. After ordering, I found they didn't have the sauces to complete my burger. Never reduced the price. We considered leaving before the food came but stayed anyway. The food I ordered came cold and no sauce. The manager was so nonchalant about our lousy visit but eagerly showed me where the kiosk was to pay. Never again will I step into an Applebee's to eat. Not the first time I've been dissapointed eating there. It will be the last time.

This order is just received, unfortunately was awful. My 3 yr old Mac and cheese looked like rubber so I threw it away. The queso was like jello. Chips are stale, and my bourbon street chicken was so full of oil.

This food is so good! The wait staff is top notch! The salmon was cooked perfectly. The four cheese mac and cheese was delicious. Its the best meal ive had all month.
The service at the bar was great! The food left a little to be desired. I have gone there 3x for the wonton tacos and they have been out each time. The buffalo wings have too much breading and the mozzarella sticks were luke warm. Servers were getting ghost on customers at tsbles but the bartender was excellent. He was polite, attentive, conversational, and quick on his feet.

Hostess heard me speaking Spanish and she glanced at me oddly. It went downhill from here. She didn’t give my son any crayons for the kids menu. And waitress didn’t put in one of my sons orders so he waited 30 extra minutes for his food. Totally unacceptable. I talked to the manager and complained about what was going on, he comped the meal. Waitress lies blatantly to my face saying the kitchen is so busy and that his order is being made. I knew it was a lie because our reciept on the tablet showed all our meals except his and after I complained it was fixed and we were still charged for her mistake! She never added his order in. And She never came by to see how we were doing either. That’s why I had to get another waitress to get the manager for me. And at the end when she brings my son’s order out she Says we paid for this meal tonight. I’m betting she thought we wouldn’t complain. Or we wouldn’t notice her mistake and still get a nice tip. No way! People speak up, this is ridiculous.
