We've ordered car side pickup many times but this was the second time in a row we've had to go in to pick up our own order after checking in and waiting. And waiting. This was also the second time our order was incorrect. Ordered a mushroom swiss burger which we received. Ordered a whiskey bacon burger and got a plain cheeseburger. The fries were not good. They were just barely cooked, lukewarm and limp. The onion ring appetizer was good. Spent a bit over $40 including a 12% tip but the food was definitely not worth it. Will not add a tip to the credit card payment in the future. Will tip in cash if we decide to go back.

Despite having many many tables available we had to wait ten minutes to be seated. After being seated we waited for an over worked server for ten more minutes. I ordered the riblet platter which was described as having more ribs. Well if 3 ribs is more I wonder what the regular size is. Portions stink good ain't bad, but for 50 bucks I'd go elsewhere.

Our server Cole was super helpful.He checked on us often and made sure our food was brought out quickly.We came here for lunch while attending the Wrestling NCAA Div II Championship at the arena. Was not disappointed in the service and would recommend.

Came to eat a quick late dinner here after a long road trip, planned our trip to eat there. Restaurant is supposed to close at 11pm we got there at 10pm. Host told us she had to check if they were still giving service , then came back and was getting ready to seat us when the manager whispered something to her and she told us that it was a 20 minute wait. We of course left. What a horrible service!!!we ended up eating at a Chinese restaurant that was willing to serve us even though they close at 10:30 we did I it take out of course.
This location is not good. Terrible food, presentation, etc. service wasn’t bad, but burger and checkin were over-cooked and dry. Asked for extra sauce to help tolerate the dry food and they charged us for the sauce that comes on the Fiesta Lime Chicken.Didn’t have 3 of the 8 things on the kids menu, so that was disappointing for the kids too.Won’t ever eat at this location, or maybe Applebees ever again.

I was here for over an hour with my boyfriend and didn’t receive our appetizer while everyone else's food came out even people who arrived after us. All we got was Queso & chips and when it finally arrived it was extremely cold. We didn’t even get to see our entrees we left! I had to cancel my entire meal this establishment feels extremely racist beware.
