I would not know how the food was because as we pulled into the drive-thru at 9:46pm they did not answer the drive-thru to take our order. They then shut the marquee lights off. Employees watched us as we attempted to get their attention then they looked the doors! So we went to ARBY'S mind you now it's almost

The person working the drive-through as I type this was rude to my mother when she was calmly asking why this Arby's has a different policy than the other locations in town. They interrupted her and talked over her before she could even get three words out, repeating the policy loudly. I don't want to missgender them, but I didn't get their name, so the safest description I can come up with is that they reminded me of Rupaul, but younger.

Kid-friendliness: Very friendly!!! Happy place to be for children, but no play area for them.
Wheelchair accessibility: I would not be able to get in without help unless I called before co.ing there or if I hit on the door loud to get the attention of staff to help with the doors.
The female working the drive thru had an attitude from the very beginning and got even worse at the window. She acted like I inconvenienced her . Was rude over the intercom and when I got to the window she slammed my money in my hand, slammed the window, shoved my bag and drink at me. I was confused as to why she was so mad. She needs to find someplace else to work if that’s how she is going to treat people

I went to the arbys on south Seneca in Wichita Kansas. Worst experience ever! I ordered French dip combo no cheese large size. They were filling up a small cup so I had to tell I wanted the combo large size again. Then the soda was kind of flat. Got home and my husbands order was in the bag but my French dip and sauce was not! We had to go back and husband went in. He came back out to car and said they told him they were out of French dips! I’m livid by this point! I just said get me 2 roast beef sandwiches and au jus sauce. That was the worst experience. The cashier obviously didn’t pay attention when we ordered and the kid that was annoyed with us and gave us our food well part of it was annoyed!
