Avivo Brick Oven and Pizzeria

We had the best experience yesterday at Avivo. The staff were wonderful with my kids. They let my kids watch them make and bake the food. When my son missed it because he was in the bathroom, they made sure he got a turn watching them. They were great with my kids! The food was also awesome! Highly recommend going. Great food, great staff, and overall a great experience.

This place is always on point! Always delicious! We always get the pepperoni with meatball pizza and garlic cheese bread. Plus my kids get the cheese pizza and it’s always so good. One of our favorite pizza places around this area.
Owner is super nice and I’m always happy to see him when I walk in knowing he made my pizza and it’s going to be so good.

The BEST pizza! Recommended by an employee at Kohl’s, it was perfection! Crust is light and delicious, sauce is amazing, and the perfect amount of cheese. THE MEATBALL TOPPING WAS AMAZING! No joke, the meatballs were the best I have ever had… period! The technique of the chefs on the brick oven shows care and discipline… shows love! Worth the drive from anywhere, everywhere! Like you were in Italy eating the original! Tino’s in Oneonta NY is always my favorite, my goodness this was an experience! Thank you! See you soon

Owner Colon is rude, childish and disrespectful. Went to his restaurant at 11 am on Sunday for lunch and he refused to open the door (even though it was 11:10) because he wasn't prepared and wasn't going to have anyone rush him to open. Could have just said hey I'm sorry I'm not prepared and I would have understood. Instead he hung the phone on me twice and acted like a toddler. I feel sorry for your staff if you treat them like that. Obviously has no respect for his customers either. Next time get out of bed earlier or don't state you open at 11 if you're unprepared to do so. If you get on here and lie about the time, I'll be happy to provide phone time stamps showing what time I called. Hope you get it figured out and that maybe you were just having a bad day.

Ordered a house salad and 12” Avivo pizza. The full size salad was huge, the dressing was delicious, the lettuce / spinach were very fresh. It was yummy. The pizza dough is incredibly tasty - toppings were perfectly balanced - overall an awesome dining experience.

I have been to this place many times and each time it has been great. We went last minute the other day and the food was perfect and the service was great! All-around great family owned place.

Went down the hill.......I use to love this place. Went to order a to go tonight and they have no to go containers for salads or pasta dishes. They also didn't tell us this when we called in the order, waited until we got there to pick up.

Rude when he was closed had no idea based on google.

Hours stated they were open. We drove there and they were closed.
