First time going here and left semi-frustrated. Off the bat they used the wrong bagel for my sandwich I asked for a sesame seed and received a poppyseed bagel. Not a huge deal, I’ll eat either so I didn’t say anything. We’re sitting down at a table and the person who rang us up says they didn’t charge us for an item off our order? So they ask if we want a tub of cream cheese, we say no thank you and she continues to go on and says it will be an extra charge to get cream cheese with the half dozen we ordered. We again, said no thank you we’re alright, we just wanted a half dozen which was pretty clearly stated by us. When my husband goes up to pay for the part she forgot to charge us for she asks again what kind of cream cheese we want… I’m frustrated because we said several times what we wanted and it felt pushed for us to pay more out of pocket. It just felt disorganized, the bagel was tough to bite through and the coffee was terrible. Overall, was disappointed in the service. Here’s the recipe attached to show that we went, what we ordered and that we had to go up twice to pay.

Sadly disappointed with this place. Ordered 2 breakfast bagel sandwiches and a coffee and they all came out cold. Ordered take out and it took a very long time to get our meal. Got a punch card, but I’m not planning on going back.

Nice Sunday morning breakfast find. Lox sandwich was delicious. Coffee was good. Service was friendly and quick. Lots of bagel and smear options. Took a lot of restraint to not walk out with one of each they all looked so good!

Great selection of bagels! Love that they are made in house. Blueberry bagel had so many blueberries! Jalapeño bagels, everything bagel, cinnamon burst bagel - all delicious! Staff is very friendly and owners are lovely. Definitely worth a visit! 🥯
Amazingly delicious bagel and latte! So many flavors to choose from, I had to get two. Though the service was a little slow, they were extremely kind and caring. I will definitely purchase here again!

Until I tried Bakers Haus bagels I was not a bagel fan. But now, oh yum! This visit I had Rise n Shine on an Italian bagel....it was SO GOOD!! I'll be back soon.

Not what I expected. The food was just ok, and for 10-15$ sandwiches, you'd think the size and quality would be better. I was also very surprised they didn't warm up the bagels when making them with sandwiches, I think that's odd. Bagels for any reason, I feel, I best when warm.
