We ate at Barrel Boys today for lunch. Honestly, I am really really picky with meat and I’m telling you this was the best BBQ we have ever had anywhere, including KC barbecue! I had brisket and my hubby had ribs, we both shared with each other. For sides I had the brisket baked beans and creamy corn, both delicious! The brisket was so lean and tender and so were the ribs. Tried Barrell Boys after hearing some decent referrals, albeit everyone kept saying the prices were high, via Station 8 and B and C BBQ. We arrived at 1:25p on a Friday afternoon after the main lunch rush. I ordered a half rack of ribs, burnt ends, and cheesy corn, while my co-diner ordered brisket and cole slaw. We also ordered drinks which come in a can with zero ice, or cups provided. The server brought us ribs and brisket with cole slaw. NO drinks, burnt ends, or cheesy corn.
