We were here on Tuesday at 11:20. Closed even though hours posted for Tuesday said open at 12. Very disappointed. Granddaughter said, guess they’re going out of business.

We have had no issues. Do find it interesting how strict the location is, as there are various signs places telling customers not to touch things, etc. I overheard the worker telling another family they aren’t sampling because of the pandemic. I understand, but at the same time, the mask restrictions have changed, so unless they’re doing it just to save costs, or prevent the people who just like to sample so many that equals a free meal, I could see that being a problem. I’ve definitely tried some flavors that were not great, but we just throw it out. Witnessed another family ask for another one, but the could have been the type who eat half their ice cream before complaining. Who knows.

Great place! FYI their promotions with T-Mobile are no longer happening (but personally I HATE T-Mobile anyway after they overcharged me) stop in for done great ice cream though!

The workers have the unfortunate pleasure of turning customers away because of the ownership not wanting to allow service to individuals who are vaccinated and without a mask. Sadly my family and I had to witness numerous families be turned away due to the strict rules of the owner. I would like to say the two young ladies working this evening did their best to relay the no mask no service to the customers but they were met with unhappy comments. I’d like to suggest if the ownership do this establish wants to fully mandate mask that they only offer drive thru so that it’s is less impactful to their staff.
Amazing shakes and cookies. Highly recommend. The employees are all super nice.

6/1/21I have a $5 digital coupon from T-Mobile. The coupon is a QR code in the T-mobile app and the worker said this particular location didn't have a QR reader. Oh well.

I don't understand why they're supposed to be open until 9pm, but there have been several times my family stopped for ice cream on our way home from eating dinner anywhere from 8:30-8:50 and they're already closed with no one inside. Yesterday my daughter and I attempted to eat inside for a special occasion. We were asked if we had masks, and I let them know that we did not (mask mandates in Wichita have not been in place for a month). About half of the people who were standing in line had already received their ice cream and had removed their masks to eat their ice cream while they wait to pay...despite the fact that we'd be standing in the same non-socially distanced line that all of these other maskless people were standing in, we were told we would have to use the drive through. It makes no sense at all. I let them know we would choose to go elsewhere. They've lost my business permanently. I gave two stars rather than one because Baskin Robin's peanut-butter chocolate flavor has always been my favorite flavor. I've loved Baskin-Robins since before there were locations in Wichita, always looking forward to eating at a Baskin-Robins when I was on vacation. It's too bad that this particular location has poor customer service.
