We have had no issues. Do find it interesting how strict the location is, as there are various signs places telling customers not to touch things, etc. I overheard the worker telling another family they aren’t sampling because of the pandemic. I understand, but at the same time, the mask restrictions have changed, so unless they’re doing it just to save costs, or prevent the people who just like to sample so many that equals a free meal, I could see that being a problem. So I went to this baskin robbins location and it seemed to me that the only person working was the manager he was awesome he was taking order on drive up and he let me know that he would be right with me even though he seemed very busy he came to the counter with a smile and he very nice and very attentive and very professional ........it was excellent service and I would choose this baskin robbins every time!!! Keep up the good work young man!!

We visit Baskin often! My kids love it here! The store always smells so good when you walk in! We always have great customer service and the ice cream and cookies are always delicious!
