Bionic burger now offers fries for you to cook at home! For only an additional ~$6, the 13 year old line/dishwasher will throw you throw ya few (half cooked 😉) in the bag! So innovative these guys. 🤠

I worked at bionic burger when I was 13. The food was amazing then. Even better now as an adult. Love them!! Huge fries, just a good old fashioned burger!!

Out of towner. No Bionic Burger where I live, so I had to check it out. There was a long while before we could order on a slow day. When I saw zero cars in parking lot, I probably should have found a different location. Me and 2 boys each order a different sandwich, they all come out wrapped the same, no differences, no way to know which is which. The cashier pointed out which was which, but was incorrect. We all ended up taking a bite out of someone else's burger. If we weren't related, I would have had the food remade or asked for refund. The fries were good

Would never go here again & honestly hope no one else does. I ordered online, the total for 3 meals & 2 additional sides was $53. It was a little high but we hadn't had Bionic Burger in a really long time & I wanted to give them a fresh try.
We picked up the food through the drive through & it looked mostly correct until we started unpacking at home. The bacon cheeseburger had only meat & bread; also I was missing the tator tots with jalapeno seasoning. Thinking we could just run to the store to fix it-we went back. When we got there, we went inside. Immediately we were interrupted several times trying to explain the issue. Then we were told we had never ordered online until my husband explained we even signed the credit receipt. Then the young girl at the drive through was confronted & asked why she didn't count the items. She replied she did, then the general manager Steve had to be called. All this time-my son was waiting to have dinner & we were missing a meal after spending $53. Steve said nothing could be done until we could call back & talk to him after 1030 the next morning. The woman at the counter pointed out the receipt was wrong on their side for what we had ordered-- but then i have the website screenshot showing the order for the bacon cheeseburger that was written out correctly so clearly there is an app issue in ordering. I had to then drive to another restaurant to get my husband another meal at this point. I can't believe the amount of disrespect & disregard --not to mention actually taking my money without giving me the food AND calling me a liar. 10/10-this is the worst experience in Wichita & biggest waste of your money.

Their bacon ranch cheese fries are the bomb. I also have the bacon cheddar burger, double, and have not been disappointed.

I hate having to leave a negative review on a (i think) small business. But this was one of the WEIRDEST experiences I have ever had.
- We ordered our food, I got a combo and at no point was I asked what side I wanted.
- I was not given a drink cup until the food was ready and the woman noticed.
- Our food that we ordered to go was not given to us to go.
- When she handed it back to one of the cooks, he stood there with his air pods in scratching his arm vigorously and staring blankly. One of the other cooks grabbed it a couple minutes later seeing he wasn't doing his job.
- When the food was put into the bag, both of our burgers were smashed badly, one was more of a blowl shape, and the fries were soggy. The onion rings were normal though.
Overall the vibe was incredibly weird and hostile, they were not busy at all so I don't understand it.
The food for me was edible, not good but edible. My dad's burger was smashed worse and after a few bites he threw it away.
Again, I hate having to leave a bad review about workers earning sub-minimum wage, but this was a horrendous experience for someone visiting a new place for the first time.
