Jamie at Harry Bionic Burger was so friendly! The #2 combo burger was the best I've ever had. I've eaten at Bionic Burger my whole life and I've never had this tasty of a cheeseburger. The bun was toasty and crunchy around the edges. The decorations and window paintings were fun and festive. I don't usually give reviews for fast food joints, but this lunch was just so enjoyable. I don't know Jamie, had never met her before today, but she was just so kind and personable! Shout out to all the staff that was there at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday 12/31/24!!

Food is great, however if I knew I was going to sit and wait for my food in the drive through for 35 minutes I would of went somewhere else. Ordered 4 burgers and fries and it took literally 35 minutes

Customer service was good we ordered two burgers with buns where not toasted they were cold straight out of freezer had two orders of fries one where cold and greesey one was hot when called them manager aas rude to from out of town had to be at hospital at certain time didn't have time to go back she wouldn't replace our food had receipt she was rude and hung up in our face not fixing problem won't go back again ever harry and hillside

I’d give this place higher stars because it is a great burger but that’s almost outweighed by them asking for a tip after taking your order. Super cringy feeling. Oh and also I think they’re letting a bum live in the women’s restroom. So that’s weird. Went back today, it was dead, ordered 3 burgers, 1 fry, 25 minutes later after watching the lady up front digging her pants out of her crotch I had enough and asked for a refund. They told me the burger takes 10 minutes to cook and it’s only been a couple minutes, and that they didn’t give refunds…. I got a refund and left. It’s just went to far downhill.

Customer service is awful. Fries are undercooked. Burger is cold. We sat in the drive thru while all of the employees ignored us after we didn't get all of our food. They acted like we were the problem when they all were staring at us, waiting for our ice cream. Rude and they can't even do their job right. I will be driving to the other side of Wichita.

I just came through the drive thu at 8:51 some reason I had in my head the close at 10pm not 9pm. So I proceed to order my food I get to the windows and I forgot to ask to add mayo to my burger. I proceed to ask the guy at the windows to add it. He said ya hold on let me have them make you a new burger we are in the process of closing so let me have them start over...... kinda said in a way of I'm making him mad that i order this late. So I was just abt to hand him my card and I said if you don't wanna make the food just say that. I didn't realize yall close at 9 until I got to the window in seen it. Which there were still 2 cars behind me. Then I asked for his name as he stated that he's the store manager Jermaine. Customer service Is a lost art. I get I came close to close but as a owner speaking that's not how u act when all I ask for was mayo if you open till 9 then your open until 9 rather I came 10 mins before close or not. U could of told me at the drive thru that your not taking anymore meals and sorry for the inconvenience or some but you chose to speak at me as I'm inconveniencing you and you had a problem. Not a way to carry yourself as a store manager.
