La Chona con Huevos offers excellent food at reasonable prices. The restaurant features huge portions with plenty of meat and fresh vegetables. Their skirt steak arrachera fajitas and Birria taco were outstanding choices, and the Birria tacos can be ordered crispy or soft. Menudo without hominy is a specialty. Great salsa and sauces, including red salsa, salsa verde, and avocado salsa, complement the dishes. The remodeling has improved the dining experience, with friendly service and delicious horchata. The restaurant also serves a variety of tacos, such as al pastor tacos, fish taco, carnitas taco, and carne asada (bistec) tacos.
