First time patron on a Wednesday evening. Restaurant was maybe half full. Waited thirty minutes for bar drinks and another forty five for food order. Multiple tables seated after us served and left before we got our food. From reviews, clearly people like this place but it’s not worth putting up with management and wait staff that don’t care. There are better options in Old Town, go there not here.

The appetizer of chips and salsa with cheese sauce was awful. Chips were not cooked or had any flavor to them. The cheese was definitely store bought. Salsa was watered down. The service was exceptional! The atmosphere definitely was cool from a standpoint of the theme it had. Location wise, is a bit of a pain due to limited parking of free spots in the downtown area.

The barbecue was pretty flavorless and it seemed like the chef had no idea which direction he wanted to take the food, but whatever he decided to do was wrong. Honestly, felt like the food was pretty crockpot or microwave. We ordered several appetizers just to try them and I think I’ve seen about the same thing in a bowling alley or a skating rink

Used Bite Me's catering for the first time. Absolutely the best. They were able to get everyone covered as far as dietary restrictions, with the least amount of problems. Helped set up the table and were so perfectly professional. Their burnt ends days are the best. Thank you.

The food was fantastic. Burnt ends and ribs… yum! They had a private party tonight and were super busy but kept us apprised of the wait. It was a great experience despite the challenges. We’ll be back when in town again.
I used to love this place until I didn't.. I made this my last stop before I moved. And it just wasn't as good as very first time.. and I used to recommend this place. I used ALLLLLLways get the cucumbers and now they're just okay. The meat went down hill..overall. I gave it a 4 because I used to love it.

this used to be my all time favorite bbq place. my absolute favorite for their ribs and prime rib because of the wonderful smokey flavor. last weekend we took some friends there because he used to judge bbq competitions. well i was sadly disappointed because neither the ribs nor the prime bib had any smoked flavor at all. I may give them one more try to see if that night was just an anomaly.
