Boba here is so great and I love the new design. However when I went today 3/1/24 there was a worker there in a tiny little red tube top. I’m sorry but I feel like this is extremely unprofessional and shouldn’t not be allowed at work. If this is what boba zone allows it shows a lot about their companies morals and self respect. I’m not sure why this was allowed.

What happened to the place I loved all these years? The drinks don’t even come sealed anymore so you can’t shake up your drink. Part of the fun of boba is poking the lid with your straw. I don’t think the new owners understand boba as a whole. The service is just awful, the girls working just stare at you as if you’re bothering them. The remodel looks like it’s exclusively for middle school girls to come hang out.

The remodel looks fantastic, and the taro milk tea with boba is just as good as it was when I first had it. The service was fantastic, the place was clean and the employees and owners were super nice. I absolutely recommend Boba Zone II and am so happy they are open again!Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere was very inviting for children. I won't say it's child centric, but my two year old daughter loved all the plushies hanging around the shop and she thought the purple counter top at the front was "so pretty".

Love the boba here, love the remodel, a tad bit disappointed to see that the customer service atmosphere still hasn’t changed. I used to come in and they would just stare me down, no greet, kinda like I was a bothersome. Today I came in when it was busy, May they probably have been stressed due to it being so busy, but I saw the whispers and side eyes when it was my turn at the register.

Boba zone is amazing! The owners, Cielo & Alex, and their staff are very kind, professional, and dedicated to providing great boba tea as well as other delicious options and excellent customer service ?! I highly recommend Boba Zone! Also the interior is really cute!

Staff was awesome and had my boba ready in not even 5 seconds after I paid. Felt very comfortable to sit and drink but was heading for a road trip.I felt that there wasn't much chai flavor in the beverage itself but overall was worth the price.

Seems like a great place but they are out of everything. I guess they are closing for a month. So I'll see what I think when they reopen fully stocked. They have all the good smoothies, slushes, coffee, and milk tea options. Even some odd and obscure flavors. Their menu pictures are accurate as of now. Decent pricing. They have boba, jelly, and popping pearls on their menu. They have been out of most of them. So I haven't been able to try many flavors. What I have tried is good though. If they stay stocked I would recommend this place.Wheelchair accessibility: It was okay. The ramp right in front isn't blocked off from parking. So it's been blocked by a car when I've gone. I did not check bathroom access. The counter is too tall to see products in your chair. Hopefully they lower it with the remodel. The door is not automatic but was not too difficult.

Second time I've showed up around 10:30am and traditional boba is not ready/made... if you open at 10am and claim it takes an hour to make the traditional boba and you claim to get in an hour before open it should be ready. I will be going else where from now on. I just thought I would give them a second chance but it's a no go for me. Sweet pops on rock and central is much better and have boba ready anytime, the atmosphere is much better as well. Service is much better everywhere else I've gone to get boba in town.

This place is kind of a hole in the wall, with not much going on inside, but half my house thinks it's hands down the best boba in town. They make it fresh and have tons a choices. If boba is your thing go ahead and give it a whirl.

In my opinion, I think the drinks are way too sweet. We asked for no sugar in one and it tasted like straight up sugar. The yogurt is supposed to have a sour ish taste to it but it tastes like milk. Just milk. No sourness whatsoever. We also ordered 2 avocados but both had no taste? We had to add some condensed milk to make it taste somewhat better. The only drink that we enjoyed was the strawberry. It was perfect.
