Love the boba here, love the remodel, a tad bit disappointed to see that the customer service atmosphere still hasn’t changed. I used to come in and they would just stare me down, no greet, kinda like I was a bothersome. Today I came in when it was busy, May they probably have been stressed due to it being so busy, but I saw the whispers and side eyes when it was my turn at the register.
Boba zone is amazing! The owners, Cielo & Alex, and their staff are very kind, professional, and dedicated to providing great boba tea as well as other delicious options and excellent customer service ?! I highly recommend Boba Zone! Also the interior is really cute!

The remodel looks fantastic, and the taro milk tea with boba is just as good as it was when I first had it. The service was fantastic, the place was clean and the employees and owners were super nice.
