Had to wait at counter to order for 5 min because they were doing drive thru and acted like the 2 of us were invisible. But good wholesome food.

Paola is incomparable to say the least. ? She goes above and beyond, makes my order perfect every single time. Shared how to perfect my order with other staff members and myself so I know exactly what to say when I order to ensure it's made to my liking. I would always prefer/choose her to make it everytime if possible.. mmmm????? If there ever is a time I am dissatisfied and she is there, she listens, makes sure I'm taken care of, and often does it herself. I order often, very often, weekly?. She now even addresses me by my first name, which is very personable and gave me an unexpected, giant, true smile! Genuinely made my day... which is often trying. I sure love that girl with her exceptional ethics, understanding, quality of product and top-notch customer service!

Ps. The 4 ⭐ is only because they are often very busy. Good business but I also imagine it could also be stressful and may initiate a few extra minutes waiting for us. Although, great effort is always given to provide correct, quick service considering.

Today was definitely my last day going to this store. I've been to this store 3 or 4 times this summer and they have always been so rude for no reason. The manager Alyissa rolls her eyes if you dare ask for an extra ketchup or order a drink with no ice. It's always the adults that are rude here. I'd rather just drive a few extra miles to a different braums. I've never had this poor customer service at any other braums.

Great selection of dairy products, MANY flavors of ice cream and frozen yogurt, even sherbet, and their A2 milk tastes great! I've never eaten in their restaurant part, but every time I've been to one in the evening/night their parking lot is pretty full on the one on Meridian in Wichita Kansas (been to several locations including Salina). And almost everyone is on that side, sometimes I'm the only on NOT on that side. Staff is friendly, clean, and fun to check out.
