Had a good chicken sandwich here today! The food was good and the service was quick. Well done!!

Tasty burgers. September 2025 update - tasty chicken dinner. You get a lot of food.

1) Should your customers REALLY have to actually ASK for the common fast food courtesy of including NAPKINS with their ordered food? I got none. Gee, should I wipe my hands on my car seat or my work clothes….? 🫤
2) Coffee was cold to the point that ‘lukewarm’ would just be a lie.
3) Hash browns were spread across the bottom of the bag. 1 lone hash brown rebel actually stayed in the small bag, while the rest were spread all around the bottom of the large bag. And all were also cold. 🙄

This was my first time here and it was actually really good.

So I wasn’t going to do this but after the last comment from what I’m assuming is the manager I need to let the everyone that dines here know. Me and my son ordered our food and I said he wants a cheeseburger with only cheese and ketchup and the lady taking our order goes so no lettuce tomato onion? I’m like I don’t know what comes on your burger just only cheese and ketchup and she just ignored me. We got our food and his burger was wrong took it back up front no problems still at this point everyone makes mistakes and then I started to eat my chicken strips and my son looks down and goes what’s that? And I look down and there’s a bug in my chicken strips container. So I wanted a refund at this point took it up to the counter and she goes oh I don’t know how that got in there and kind of looked at me sideways like I was the one that put a bug in my own food that I paid for and was ready to eat. It is 3 PM I haven’t ate since 9AM and was very disappointed with the attitude for wanting a refund and the lack of remorse for having a bug in my food. I was so excited when this Braum’s opened up, me and my son were so happy to have one so close to where we live but now, unfortunately we will go to one further away next time.

Have to check out ice cream and fries at different counters so I don't get any. That was unfair

They make you wait at the drive thru menu for like 5 minutes, until there's literally no one else ahead of you before they will take your order, just so their ticket times look better! There's always a line out to the road to order and no one in line past it! While it makes them look better on paper, the customers are the one's who suffer.

We just grabbed ice cream but honestly, Braums usually doesn't disappoint.

The lady was really nice. The orange juice was sour today and the intercom did not allow the whole order to be recieved. Biscuits were dry on the Biscuits & gravy combo.

This is the place to get shakes and sundaes. I don't believe we go elsewhere.

easy in and out. Staff is very frazzled when busy, but they try to be attentive to those inside, not just drive thru
