Long story short... who am I kidding, Long story long... I flew into Wichita to surprise my mom for mother's day. I was running too late to get a decent coffee so I got some unremarkable burnt, bitter, acidic, brew from an unnamed store in VC. I walked into church to find a good place to hide to surprise her and they had coffee for parishioners; the coffee was delicious, smooth and rich.
