I am at the BK in 2309 Seneca St. I ordered $29 food. I asked them for a receipt. They don’t give it to me citing technical difficulty. I asked them to email it to me. They don’t do it. The man tells me to pull to the side not holding their driveway and they will try to figure it out. I waited for 35 minutes.

I 💙 this location. Their food is always fresh plus they have the best employees. Donnie is my favorite, he's friendly, fast, and has great customer service. It's why I started going to this location more even tho there are 2 closer to my house.

This place needs to be shut down. Everytime I've been to this location late at night, they literally won't take orders or they ignore the drive thru completely. Employees are trashy and rude.
