This is the only Burger King I go to in the city anymore all the others skimp on the size of the eggnormous burrito. It should be bigger than the regular one but the rest of them make it the same way. Thank you Debby for treating your customers right!

Tasted many burgers but absolutely nothing compares to this. It's horrible, messy, cold, and there was more lettuce than actual burger. The fries were also soggy. I ordered literally 2 things and it took so long... There was no one else there

I am highly confused as to why the lady with glasses that works in the morning is highly rude. She doesn’t greet you. Or say anything at all! And just a mean ass face for what, I work in management in customer service & that just wouldn’t slide with me. If you don’t like people maybe work in the kitchen 🤷🏽♀️

They screwed up my order five times in a row the same order when they brought it out to me the last time I was still missing one sandwich that was supposed to be remade and I told them that I would like my fries replaced because they'll be cold by the time I get home to eat the original fries I spent probably 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru the second time after making it all the way home to find out the order was short food the first time so when I told them the last time that they still shorted me food she told me she wasn't doing anything being real hateful saying I never said anything about it but yet that was the food I had taken with me to get exchanged in the first place so she then instructed me to come tomorrow when the general manager is there so I would highly recommend knowing going to that location they don't know how to read a menu board or something

I would give a five star rate, but the overnight MANAGER specifically is really rude and unpleasant to order from. I will not return overnight again. Morning and evening shift is great! Always so friendly! I really hope they can get better staff in there overnight because I work overnights!
