Ordered the original chicken sandwich meal(drive thru), and received two whoppers instead....I didn't realize it until I was home. I hadn't been there for a time, and I will not go back. Overpriced, and the people who hand the food out obviously don't care what they give you. The place always looks dirty which was why I hadn't visited there for a while. Now I'll be sure never to eat there again.

The person waiting on me was very short and acted like I.was wasting her time. Took forever. I have been here before in the drive thru experienced the same problem. It's sad this is the only bk on the west side. I have tried to give them a chance and the same person is there everytime. There are so many better service options available. Never again.

I take my son here twice a week after his karate practice and a lady that works there (I think is the manager) always takes care of us and cooks our food fresh because she knows my son is picky. She is awesome! The only reason I didn’t give a five star is because when she is not working the food and service is not as good. To the lady that takes care of us so well. Thank you! -Jess

I have a lot of problems with this location before but this time I've decided to make a comment. I ordered a bacon burger but when I got home it had no bacon and many other times they also messed up my order in the past. I usually don't have any problem in the day but at night it seems like there's always something going wrong. The worker also didn't even look me in the eye or greet me when I was giving them my money which just kind of felt rude and it took them about 6 minutes to to collect the money when it was slow. Overall not worth your money.
Well I showed up at 9:41 a.m. and the lobby doors were locked so I'm just curious as to what time breakfast starts at Burger King so I took my business to McDonald's and advise you to do the same thing because apparently Burger King doesn't care if you come and eat there or

I have been in Wichita visiting for a few days and stopped at this location late (close to closing time) twice while I was in town, even being late and close to closing they were very friendly, and teh food was hot and fresh. Finding this at any fast food restaurant is hard to find…. Great job for running a class act location!!

They make sure not to give you, your receipt so you can't leave a bad review on their corporate website. But the oil they use is awful, burned and just nasty tasting. I ended up only having 2 of the full container of medium tots because of it.
