Cao's Wok Reviews
I genuinely don’t know a better restaurant in Wichita. I’ve eaten this two days in a row because it is the best food that I’ve ever had. Everything was so fresh and the owners/employees are super nice. We got the general tsos chicken, beef and broccoli. Fried rice, firecracker shrimp, pepper steak, crab ragoons, and the eggrolls. Everything is so amazing. You really gotta give this place a try.

I've been meaning to try this restaurant since it opened, but it's not convenient to my house. I was finally nearby today and was very happy with my meal. I tried the General Tao's chicken, egg roll, crab rangoon, and fried dumpling. All were excellent as was the service! The only thing I could possibly change is that I prefer my crab rangoon more savory and less sweet, but that's personal preference.
Had to be out in this awful weather all day today and did not have the energy to cook dinner. Luckily Cao’s Wok was open and it did NOT disappoint. Seriously such good food. My new favorite place to get fried rice

Cao's Wok offers delicious and hot takeout food that many find incredible. Dishes like the General Tso’s chicken, combo lo mein, egg drop soup, and fried rice receive high praise. The General Tso's chicken is actually spicy but enjoyable, and the garlic fried rice is noted as the best in a long time. The egg drop soup stayed hot for an extended time. Crisp egg rolls, wonderful beef and broccoli, Krab Rangoon, shrimp fried rice, and fried dumplings are all described as excellent. The beef and broccoli lets the beef flavor blend well without being overpowered by soy.
The service and atmosphere are frequently described as great, welcoming, and friendly, even during busy times near closing. However, some reviews note that the food can sometimes be lacking in flavor, with proportions in dishes like the combo lo mein sometimes having less meat than desired. A minor personal preference mentioned is that the crab rangoon can be less sweet and more savory for some. Overall, the experience is positive, with many customers stating they will order again and return.
