Our server was either new or not trained well. She didn't get the drinks correct and we asked 5 times for silverware before we finally got some and that was after we got our food that we couldn't eat because we had no silverware. We even asked the other servers for silverware and they ignored us. Then our server put in the wrong order for my husband's order and tried to tell him that's what he ordered and just sat the food in front of him and tried to walk...
Chips seemed stale, or just tasted funny. Good wasn't quite as good as I've had before. I've been to Carlos O'Kelly's many times, usually at a different location. This is the first time I can remember that it wasn't a good experience. Maybe it was just an off night, or a bad batch of chips.
Ashley took great care of our table of 6. The food was good. Didn't have to wait for a seat at 6PM on a Saturday night. Thank you!
