The real low point of this location is the wait staff, their portions are generally a little better than the other Wichita locations, and the food quality is amazing. My wife and I went in around 1:00 on a Saturday afternoon, and seated very quickly. The waitress was extremely unfriendly, only brought one salsa for the two of us to share, and seemed annoyed when we asked for a second bowl. We were done with our chips by the time we finally got our margaritas, no refill was offered,...
Never have had a bad experience at Carlos O'Kelly's. Food is good, as is the service. That's why I keep going back.
I almost always get the chicken picado with refried beans and the Mexican rice.

Everyone was very friendly. I came during the lunch hour, and it was not busy at all. The food all came out tasting really good, but my strawberry lemonade was more like drinking the salsa type of consistency.
