The weekend morning shift at Pawnee and West St is the worse. They are rude, slow and the orders are usually wrong about 85% of the time. We always get a breakfast sandwich and it's either missing something or just straight up not what we ordered.
Their entire staff at the one at Dugan and Kellogg, today March 6th 2026. I sat in the outside drive-thru lane for 10 minutes and no one waited on me. they waited on three other cars on the inside lane. I only get 30 minutes for lunch. So due to their inability to wait on a customer, I didn't have time to eat lunch. Which is very detrimental to my health since I'm diabetic. I don't order fast food often, but I needed something to eat and had a bogo . I did a mobile order. The payment went through, and I pulled up to the curbside and put the stall number in. I waited, and waited, and waited. Nobody ever came out with the order. I finally went inside.
