They do make okay cakes and do great at decorating but they need to work on their customer service. They left off 4th in the happy 4th birthday on my daughters cake. The reference photo I sent them even said happy 4th birthday on it. I specifically said happy 4th birthday.
They blamed it on me when their employee didn’t enter what I said correctly. They told me I didn’t confirm what it said on the receipt which I was never told to confirm and I didn’t even know it...read full review
